Okies guys. Here's how this is gonna go down.

Our characters need to be related to one another in some way or form. We could all be members of the Medical Society, Human Splicing Developmental Laboratory, or whatever. Or we could just be friends, either met before entering Ravynfel or after.

All we really need to, essentially, do is create a string of relationships within our characters, one way or another. It doesn't really matter how.

Once we establish a general scenario, we'll get this show on the road and plot can start to happen.

I'll have an opening post up later tonight, and anyone who wants to participate and hasn't sent me their profile should do so as soon as they can.

I feel like all of the mechanics and engineers know each other because of similar studies.

By that logic I would say we'd pretty much have to be at the very least acquainted with each other. And as for Vanessa she prefers to not have to listen to music whenever she's doing something important as she finds it a bit distracting, but otherwise she doesn't have much of a preference.
Oh also, because I didn't mention too much about it in the profile Vanessa's combat suit is essentially mechanized metal armor with her right forearm practically being replaced by a decent sized energy cannon :3

EDIT: He knows a lot concerning the physics of flight, and of course the mechanisms behind how birds fly and such. I figured you could somewhat merge that with engineering somehow.

When she was younger, Dirge used to play her violin in woods near her home with her father. It took several years of playing, but eventually the birds would copy nearly any melody she played. She doesn't do it often (for personal reasons,) but if that helps tie in anything she could know him? Perhaps he heard her playing once and the birds responding sorta brought about their meeting?

*shrug*
