If I were the killer, I'd slit everyone's necks, do a flip onto their head, and then while falling rip the head off and throw it at a wall.

Apparently not. Someone is angry apparently. You must not have been reading actually because it mentions that the killer kills one person for eating fried potatoes as a midnight snack and recently killed someone just for sleeping. It's not necessarily anger that drives the killer, but insanity.
