Conversation

I met a little skeleton, his head was pearly white.
When everyone else walked him by he gave them such a fright
I walked right up to him with no fear in my shining eyes,
and I plopped myself right down and ate my chili cheese fries.
I offered him one but he took none, the silence was painful indeed
So I started up a conversation about a little mustard seed.
I asked him about his birthday, or what was his favorite rhyme,
I even gave to him my favorite shiny dime.
But when he didn't answer I began to pout and scoff
So then I walked straight up to him and punched his head right off.
