That reaches a Total of 14. For Skill Points needed to either get them or Power them up is:

Star Summons- 4

Moon Summons- 6

Power up Moon Summons- 14

Total- 24 Skill Points

But that doesn't include the pause between Black and White Manas and Chivalry...

You had to make it hard, huh? Do you realize that Cloud is supposed to be LEVEL 10?!?! Not level 20?! I highly doubt any of the party members could reach that high of a health by level 10.

I'm on a different computer now, which explains why I'm able to use proper grammar.

@Silver: Well, your Star Summons don't need any abilities since they are only summoned, do their thing, and go. And if you wanted to make a certain Star Summon deal more damage, you just spend 1 SP per 10% Dmg increase interval. Only Moon Summons get the A-/S-/R-/D-Abilities.

@Zeri: Well, bosses get extra health, human or monster. He's been training more than you guys have. > > Plus, the reason why his HP is irregular like that is from an accessory that you'll laugh at when you see it. ^ ^

I didn't list the Power up of Stars though...

You said it costs double to power up Moon Summons... So that why I counted by two... unless your changing it to make it easier on us...

That still doesn't explain his 25 attack power. He's a boss, yes, the last boss we had to fight had a strength of 18. They were the same level.

And why wait? We're gonna die anyway. >>

@Zeri: Not necessarily. I actually got scared after seeing Cloud getting poisoned. That's why I moved him away from Rosetta and tried to Silence her. Cloud can't kill her with basic attacks because of her Reflex R-Ability. I think it's safe to say she's dead next turn. But the rest of you still have a chance. And his attack is high because he actually has equipment. You'll see that human bosses are actually much tougher than monster bosses just because of that sole fact.

Water is weak to Lightning, Lightning is weak to Earth, Earth is weak to Fire, and Fire is weak to Water. Light is effective against Dark, and vice-versa. Wind nulls out Earth, but strengthens Fire.

I guess?? It's been so long since I've played FFVIII that I couldn't tell ya. I was thinking of the Affinity System in Shadow Hearts. Regardless, those only served as a basis. The Alidaire Affinity System will be a bit more unique and will introduce a new kind of ability. X3
