Looking for a Writing Partner

Okay, so maybe writing partner isn't exactly the best term, but I don't know how else to really phrase it. I have an idea for a novel based around death and the grieving process and on top of the intricate details of plot-lines and research I would like to have a someone help me with everything. Not like an editor or someone to write what I'm too lazy/am having difficulty writing, but someone who is "with me" on the project and can offer input here and there so that the writing is a unified piece of literature. I would be glad to help, but I don't think I would be all to useful there.
To me, the whole concept of grief is utterly alien, at least when referring to death.
