I've had a bunch of those in particular. I think my favorite was when I flew on a kite-type thing up and down my street. ^.^

I wish I was able to dream more often. When I do dream, it usually involves dogs.

The ones you remember well are usually the lucid ones where you have some degree of consciousness in the dream. It helps them stand out and makes them easier to remember. I wish I could stop dreaming now; I've had my fill, thank you.
Re: The Eternal Nightmare Chatterbox Thread- V.9
Whenever I dream, I'm usually eating another human or falling off cliffs whilst battling an enormous dragon with naught but my staff and sword.

Very...interesting...o.o
...
I think all this dreaming is starting to wear me out though. I mean, if it was just some generic dream where images flashed around and blah blah blah, I'd be fine. But these dreams are like...taking thought. I think enough during the day; when I sleep, I want to SLEEP. x-x Though I must say that these dreams are making me more and more interested in the dreamscape, to be sure.

Well, at least you don't dream like I do then. Which is every single night without fail, unless on the verge of extreme exhaustion. ^.^;;

Unless I have a lucid dream I don't sleep.
Unless you count waking up every 15 minutes sleep. :p

That's not sleeping, that's wolf-napping. Almost. Without the intermittent exercise. ^.^; Ask Fox.

Re: The Eternal Nightmare Chatterbox Thread- V.9
You do know that dreams are a sign of healthy sleeping.
The actual stage of dream sleep is REM sleep, which is Rapid Eye Movement sleep.
Statistics show that people with more REM sleep are more active during the day and are healthier than those who do not get much REM sleep.
However, if you were to be woken up during REM sleep, it wouldn't be very healthy. In fact, part of the reason you remember dreams is mostly because you're waking up during them. I dunno if there's a difference to waking up and being woken up, but I don't think either is healthy during REM sleep.

I'm glad you brought that up! I'm trying to get back into wolf-napping, and it's turning out to be harder than I remember. >.<Cerani Lieol wrote:That's not sleeping, that's wolf-napping. Almost. Without the intermittent exercise. ^.^; Ask Fox.

No no, you want to know. Although that depends on what section of this whole thing you're talkin' about.

Re: The Eternal Nightmare Chatterbox Thread- V.9
I've explained it to you before, like a month ago. Wolf-napping is sleeping in 15-25 minute periods, waking up in between and getting up to move around a little and get your blood flowing a bit. It sounds like it would tire you out, but it is actually more energizing than a full night's sleep...to me, anyway. It's hard to get into the waking up habit, when my brother leaves I will start with my alarm clock regiment. ^.^Balthair wrote:I am now officially lost. Wolf-napping?

Re: The Eternal Nightmare Chatterbox Thread- V.9
Actually, most of my lucid dreams have indeed been wake-induced lucid dreams (WILDs) so I guess I'm not very healthy. ^ ^; A WILD is one where you're dreaming as normal, but you wake up, only to go right back asleep again. Your consciousness is stirred and the dream is fresh in your mind, so it's not hard to jump back into it, but this time, with more control. I'm not doing it on purpose; it just happens. @.@
