And trying to understand specific concepts in my favorite TV shows, because I'm obsessive like that.

...am I missing something? Because my calculations were 200% of 36 ATK for Mutilate, which is 72, minus 15 DEF of the stag which ends up being 57, times 2 from Hemorrhage which makes it a total of 114 damage. Empira had 112 HP, so it should be dead, right? :/

One, you screwed it up because that's not the way it works. Base damage value is doubled than DEF is applied. You were supposed to calculate the double damage yourself, so I just went with what you put.

I thought the damage doubled after DEF was calculated, but okay. At least I know what to do next time. I'm satisfied as long as I got a logical explanation. Thank you. ^^

I'll change it this time because usually I keep track of double damage but that's only when it's used one turn and then applied the next and even THEN the player still calculates the double damage. It's something you should to do to ensure it gets done because if you haven't realized it, I have a shitload of other things to keep track of. lmao
