So, I have no idea if this has been done before, but I was thinking about it, and this just might be a good idea for a "nothing-to-do-thread".

The idea is simple. We post a profile, or at least a link with a name on it, and the others can rate that character, possibly giving suggestions and critiques. Everybody wins!
