Outbreak Empty Outbreak

I am starting the like....fourth run? Of Decaying World. For new players only. So that would be Faces, Blank, and hopefully Klaora when she gets a chance to make an account. XD But yeah. I believe all of you know the synopsis and mess, but I'm putting a slight spin on the beginning and will probably alter some of the later story as well. As such, Decaying World: Outbreak is born. A full introduction will be posted as soon as I have the profile thread set up and I have evaluated and approved everyone's profiles and they have been posted in said thread.

LOL. Not so much, Gisty. I haven't forgotten about Equiv tho. Since I've got small list of rps I'm attending to tomorrow, I'll add it to the list and make it high priority.
