Nope. He's in it for himself, 'cause he's a selfish prick. :3

He doesn't care about the party. He would laugh if someone on his side accidentally sprung his trap.

Support basically means that Hakku is doing what he does to allow the others to get attacks in. But if he's just doing it for his own enjoyment, he isn't supporting.
