"Right-o!" he yelled gleefully. He dashed forward, his sword held parallel to the ground. Snow's fire magic was impressive. The little tyke really had in in her. Though why a girl named Snow would use fire magic was beyond him. He ducked swiftly under the soldier's lance. Not that the soldier had a good chance of hitting him. He slashed out at the unfortunate soldier's stomach before leaping back defensively.

Great, first the incident in the village then this. Can't he get some rest first? God must really hate him and his sister to put them through this much trouble when they didn't really know how to fight. Well, at least they had these two "bodyguards" to help them get through this. Vyn wiped a bit of blood off his clothes and drew his rapier.

Snow attacks Soilder (L8) with Fire!

Snow quickly set out to casting her spell again, energy in the room growing even hotter. Her chant grew louder as she continued to cast, and soon ended as a fireball burst to life. It headed straight for the soilder just in reach of Tirac.

"Finish the Shaman. I'll let you decide which sibling you want to go for first."

Now she was sure of it. Positive. There was an attack going on. Even she recognized the fire magic in the air. Running towards her destination she was now positive that enemy soldiers made it in.

Jane moves to M-11

Seeing Snow and Tirac fight. Tirac looking pretty injured and Snow looking in great shape she wielded her lance and gripped it as hard as she could. Though she may not like these bodyguards she doesn't want them dead. "Hey you petty soldiers! Why are you fighting two soldiers and not going after the real target here?" She taunted them with no hesitation in her voice. Tirac needed some sort of healing and the least she could do was help him get that healing. "Like c'mon really? You aren't even looking for the princess? Well you just found her!" Stepping into her attack stance she twirled it around her head and jabbed the end out daring someone to come and attack her.

"Crazy kids," Tirac sighed. He grabbed his vulnerary and downed some quickly. Risk taker he may be, but some risks he didn't like. Those that involved magic generally fell in the 'don't like' category. As far as he cared, magic should only come from behind him to strike enemies, not the other way around.

"Jane's yelling like crazy over there," he pointed with a jab of his finger, "so let's find Vyn." He took a step forward glared sown at the shaman, his sword ready.

Vyn sighed and stabbed the soldier in front of him through the heart, then kicked the lifeless body out of the way and tried to see what was going on. There was a robed figure he did not recongize, probably one of the attackers, the swordsman from before who looked quite injured, and Jane shouting from the other side of the castle. Snow was nowhere to be seen, hopefully she was still in the throne room and hadn't been killed yet.

Hearing commotion nearby, Rhyme praised her good luck. The fighting was a perfect distraction for her to sneak into the nearby room to rob it of its treasures. She scurried to the door with stealth and took out her trusty lockpick. "Okay, Mr. Door. I promise I'll be gentle," she said sweetly and jammed the pick into the door, working her magic. "Oh yeah. You like that, don't you Mr. Door? You like having my pick inside you? Oh, I know you do. You've been a naughty door, and I'm gonna have to teach you a lesson." She grinned as she took her lockpick out and easily opened the door. She let out a triumphant, quiet laugh as she caught sight of the chests just ripe for the taking.

Snow moves to M7!

Snow moved past Tirac, spyng Jane getting closer and closer to hitting the annoying shaman. She lost her place as she came to a safe distance, but quickly found the chant once more. Heat began to build as it had every other time, fire sparking to life. The ball of flame then shot at the shaman. Snow knew she was at a disadvantage against a practicioner of dark magic, but she had to do her part.

Jane grinned as she saw the shaman get picked off. Ignoring the wounds from him she quickly dashes over to where she could get some action herself.

Now feeling that flux attack she guessed she needed all the energy that she could get if she were to fight. She had to learn how to fight. Or she may be stuck with body guards the rest of her life. Sucking on her teeth thoughtfully she applied the vulnerary and felt a bit relieved.

Vyn moves to F-3

Vyn heard an unfamiliar voice, along with some other sounds coming from near the back of the castle. He didn't hesitate to go see who was there, Jane could keep herself alive, hopefully. And as for the bodyguards, although they weren't exactly expendable their well-being comes after that of Jane's. Plus, Vyn needed a break from all this fighting, even if it was a short one.

Snow cursed slightly as she watched the shaman dodge her fire ball. But she didn't let it get to her, and caught the dark energies rising from the floor. She quickly rushed from the circle, avoiding taking the damage from the orb that came up. She returned to her spot as the Shaman fell. She quickly moved to another space.

The thief was ignoring him and had went to pick the lock on one of the chests. Vyn sighed and went after the girl, hopefully he can get her to stop. Although Vyn sighed again when he heard the voice of that swordsman echo through the halls, using Jane as live bait. Vyn would make sure to punch him in the gut when he gets back.

Snow moves to Q5!

"Look Princess, enough of your rich and spoiled life. This is war. You're the enemy side's mark. Just saying your name will draw them to us like flies. Flies that can be picked off with ease. So stop being a brat and focus on battle."

Snow was quick to scold the older and more powerful ranked female. The girl needed to get it through her head. This wasn't some training session, this was war, and if she kept this up, she would be killed. The Princess was three years older, and Snow understood the fact better than her.

Moving near one of the castle walls, she began to chant. Heat began to build in the area, much like it had always done for her. The fireball roared to life and shot down at the weakened soilder. Hopefully, unlike her other attack, it would hit.

"Um... yeah, what she said!" Tirac added as he struck out at the ~~roach~~ soldier to dared attack him. He couldn't think of anything better to add to that mini speech, so he moved to attack another one. Snow launched another fireball at the soldier that attack him, so he targeted the one the princess was after.

"Saved our lives?" he muttered. He continued blandly, "if you stayed put in the first place, none of this would have happened." His blade danced and flashed as he struck out almost lazily at the soldier.

She chanted once more, this time her voice faltered, but the spell remained the same. A fireball shot at the soilder, hopefully hitting its mark.

Although, the weapons that are stored in the armory the Rhyme stole from was quite pathetic, and most of them were used to teach new soldiers how to fight and basic training, a few of those training sessions Vyn had gone through and it was how he learned to fight.

Snow closed her tome, her role in this fight was done. She had no more reason to deal with the pests. Especially not when she would do barely any damage to one, and die trying to deal with the other. Putting her tome in her bag, she prepared to get a move on.

Rhyme moves to B5.

With the last chest picked and the last supposed treasure taken, the thief began her escape...at least, she would have set about her escape if she had not been caught by the prince and employed by him. Now, she was supposed to leap into danger, which really wasn't her strong point, but she would help in any way. Besides, the prince was just too much fun to play with.
