Guess that Move!

Okay, in light of recent conversations with Cerani, we have made a brand new game. The point of the game is to guess the character a move belongs to. You may ask for one hint, that being which Roleplayer that character who owns the move belongs to. Now I'll be serious here, there is no way to tell if you cheated or not, so I'm just gonna say this. This game acts on the honor system. If you cheat and have everyone else believe it, good for you, you can be a cheater. The rest of us will actually play fairly. So, lets begin.

The first move is: Dissipate
