Actually, Sephiroth did get a few new moves....as far as useful new moves go...not so much.
As for Cloud, he did also, but he's not important.

I ~~guess~~ would have to say horizontal would be my preference because it reminds me of the horizon, with the sun rising or setting. It doesn't matter. It's beautiful either way.

Oh, and I guess the direction is nice. Left to right. Or right to left. It's somewhat calming.
