Hey Masq, would you allow C-Abilities to have other effects like healing the ally party? Or would you prefer they do damage? Because the only thing that sways them from D-Abilities is the fact that they're not ultimate moves.

They can have varying effects, but the effects have to make sense between the people using them. Like if you want a super heal C-Ability, both people better know how to heal to boost the power of the recovery.
