The first instance you can do is Fort Rolutor, which is extremely easy at level 15.

Next is Gods Trial, which gives you bunches and bunches of exp.

After that it's the rest of the instances that you can do at your level will show up on your Party window.

You should go eat first. Have some snacks with you in case you actually play longer than you expect to.
