Kuori's RPs of Stupid Frog-ness (Arara~)

It's basically a gigantic nerf like what you wanted. Granted, I think the protection one might be 4 or 5 instead, with a minimum of 3.

Okay, here's the problem I see with it though. It doesn't scale very well with the game's progression. You can easily out-level and/or out-gear this nerf a bit later on. :/

That's kind of the point of a minimum value.
If the min is 3 then no matter how much int I have, I still have to charge for at least 3 turns. There are some runes which will have a minimum of 0, like mana collapse, due to its extremely short range, but for the most part she'll always have a charge time that's directly related to ho powerful the rune is.

Well, I suppose that's fine. The protection from all physical attacks will be a charge time of 5 with a min of 3 as you've said, and keep mana collapse as it is, with the minimum at 0. But this also means I'll be keeping an eye on your character the most, since she uses one of the most difficult to balance mechanics I've had to deal with. >.>

That's why I'm hardcore pro xxx at balancing. I purposefully test myself.

I would actually like you to post which Ability you're using beforehand. So that I know how many turns to count and how much MP would be wasted if Mira were to be hit. ^^

Updated. We can either delay the inevitable and finish this off traditionally, or can have Era weaken Hide so that Waltz can kill both wolves with his D-Ability this turn. Your choice ^^

Should Era use both basic attacks or hold back one?

Use both, Era does 3 damage/hit for 2 hits, Dovahkiin does 4, Waltz will do 1, that's 11. ^^
