Regardless of whether you hate Valentines day or not, that shouldn't stop you from enjoying the day.

I'm a prime example.

I hate Valentines day. I got a flower today from a friend, the dinner at the cafe was a-maz-ing, and I got to meet a few friends I haven't talked to in a few weeks and catch up with them. My day was awesome.

Sick of this holiday, and not because I'm single. All of these couples going out of their way to say they love each other sooooooo much is just bleh. Shouldn't you feel that way every day and just buy lots of small gifts if you absolutely must give a gift? I swear to God if I see another damn teddy bear I'm going to go ballistic. Seriously, this one guy bought his girlfriend a teddy bear THREE times her size, had to of costed a fortune and they've been dating a WEEK. Ugh. Bleh.

True, but this one day just gives people an excuse to make it as public as they can XD I don't see anything wrong with it, and I'm single.

Not to mention you can still have fun on Valentine's Day and be single
