At first I thought 6. But, honestly I believe some status have to cost more. Long term disables are some of those.

I do too. But I thought it would be good to make a kolbold as they are in legend. People seem to have forgotten it, and only consider them tiny, weak rat/lizard/dog things.

Except for very specific ocasions, AoE effects will be either x splashes, x burts, x cones and x lines.

Ambiguous bursts should have their behaviours towards cell 0 stated in the description, but if they don't, the GM(me) will judge based on the ability's concept.
