It probably is. The lightning element is just an add-on for him; it's not that important to what his intentions are in battle which are just powerful skills that he doesn't have to worry about the enemy dodging.

Well it depends.

If your basic attack is an INT-based electric attack, then just punch it in the face with electricity and we get a perfect kill.

If your basic attack is an ATK-based electric attack, then we need to get lucky and have both Electria and Aaric get off a basic attack to get a perfect kill.

The choice is yours, young one. :3
