I think it would be wise for Valincar to get Intangible back again, just for this battle.

But yeah, if Lily manages to stay alive and not-confused on the second turn, she's going to be putting a massive dent in Pandora's HP.

That is a good point. If he had more defense, I'd leave him with Celestial Guard, but Intangible will make him immune to everything except for Anti-Matter Continuum.

Okay.

240 damage.

Archer's Fury boosts her range and attack power.

12 hits with 34 Atk DMG - 14 Def = 20 damage per hit. 12 x 20 is 240 damage.

I love Lily's new move. =3

Pandora has to get in the same row/column as Lily first of all.

Besides, it's worth it. Getting Pandora's HP down by that much is more important than surviving.

I've also decided that if you're going to be doing that much damage, the normal monsters and bosses from here on out are going to have monstrous amounts of HP.

Lily can only use that move once you know. xD

And she needs that Archer's Fury boost to do any damage at all.

Besides, the normal monsters already have monstrous amounts of HP.

It's not enough. Besides, I was already going to increase the HP values even more because of piercing moves. =p They just won't be as bad as I was previously thinking.

But the piercing moves are hella helpful, you can't blame us for using them so much. Lily only has two, and I'm not upgrading or getting any more, that's a promise. xD

Valincar could get one now that he has a sword. =3 [/not being helpful]

But anyway, I think Lily's Thundering Dart might change from 100% Piercing to 130% Atk Lightning DMG with a high chance of paralysis...

I'll need another Skill Point though. xD

I need a water, light, dark, and ice elemental arrow, then I think I'll change the lightning one...

Oh, and I'm thinking about Lily's next job promotion too. I think she'll become a Huntress next. I'm not sure about the details yet though.

Sonia doesn't gain a single piercing move besides her multiple D-Abilities. And I see her in the back of the ship as far away from the same column/row as Pandora as will allow. I would equip Embrace, but... she needs Grace for this battle, and possibly every other battle until she gets decent Hp and Def.

On another note, I can't wait for Astral Sage. After she gets those moves I doubt she'll be using her Astral - Stellar Abilities.

As for Sonia, Grace won't matter if she gets caught up in Pandora's Anti-Matter Continuum. She will be inflicted with Oblivion. I can almost guarantee it. So yeah. Keep her away.

I also would like to bring into light Pandora's accessory. Once you are Confused/Disabled/or whatever else I gave her, then you're stuck that way unless someone heals you or you die and then are revived. Also note that it is a SEALED Pandora's Box. In the second battle against her, it is very much NOT sealed which allows its secondary ability to come into play. Count yourselves lucky for now.

Sonia's defenses will be evened next level. I predict once she becomes a Sage, with whatever shield she ends up getting, she'll be fine. But for this battle, she will be keeping Grace and staying as far away as possible. And if Sonia gets disabled, then her healing/removing statuses/reviving is null and void.

Yeah. You pretty much assumed correctly. For one, she's able to act three times per turn, but she can only take one action from each of her three A-Abilities, and if she wants to use a basic attack, she can only do it once. So, she can launch a physical attack, change the battlefield, and deal Psy-based damage+negative status all in the same turn. The accessory Pandora's Box (sans the SEALED) not only makes neg status durations unlimited, but it also unleashes a random negative status onto the party every turn. The plagues found in the Opening Pandora's Box A-Ability are not fun. Lots of things could come out of the box, including your friends the Psycho Claws and the Tranquil Claws. I can guarantee you that it is one of the hardest battles in the game and I might actually have to make it post-game because it's that hard.

Post-game would probably be better for that sort of thing. .-.

It's like...we defeated her once, so she goes off to rest and comes back with a lot more power, like one of those bosses you can fight twice, only you have to wait until after the game to unlock it.

I love those bosses. =3
