Snow followed Rhyme quietly, trying to desperately avoid drawing attention to herself. However she couldn't let the solider get away alive. Opening her tome, she began her simple chant. Flames burst forth and struck the solider.

Tirac focused on the soldier closest to him. He stepped forward, closing the distances quickly and tossed his sword into the air. He smiled at the solider and grabbed the hilt as it fell, striking him across the chest with almost lazy abandon.

She didn't have much to say. This annoying thief though was hitting on her brother. Wouldn't surprise her if this thief began stripping to get the attention she wanted. Snow on the other hand was annoying her just as much, she may not be a warrior and may not be a ruler but doesn't mean she was good at words. Sighing she decided to take some steam off on a soldier.

It seems they were being attacked. Rigel leaned against the door to the cell of the prisoner. His job was to guard the cell. He couldn't do that if he moved too far away. He would leave it to the soldiers at the entrance to something about the intrusion. If they came too close, he would chase them off somehow.

At the prisoner's attempt to talk to him, Rigel said nothing. He didn't care what she thought. She didn't know him, after all. Her opinion didn't matter. What did was that he was being paid for this and he would get his payment.

Rhyme shrugged her shoulders and dashed around to the nearby soldier, a coy smile on her face. "No, it's too late to redeem yourself, Prince," she said theatrically and jammed her sword into the soldier next to her indifferently before placing a comforting hand on his arm. "I'm with this guy now." She removed her sword from his body and looked at the blood on it. It was a good thing she had so many just in case this one failed her.

Snow moved past the others, hearing the sound of more soldiers on the other side. She didn't want to get too close just yet, but when she was ready she would act. Turning the pages of her tome she prepared for her next spell, staring down the wall where she was certain a foe was on the other side.

The armored soldier went down much more easily than he had thought. His rapier must have pierced through the soldier's throat. In any case, as Vyn heard footsteps he stepped behind Rhyme and took one of the swords she carried.

"I'll be taking that, thank you." Vyn said as he applied a bit of vulnerary to his wounds.

The royal duo wanted their cleric back, and if she was in here alive, well they had to get her out. Beginning her chant, a fire ball cascaded from the sky, torching the poor man in the skimpy armor.
