Actually, water ans sugar. All I can do is have great amounts of it. The hangover per se is gone now, but the rest is still bugging me.

The sleepless tiredness, the heat, the pain on my arm, the nausea.

Actually, I thought that was the go to preventative measure, not the other way around. Ah well. And I don't really know how to deal with that other than to suffer through it, writhing in pain on the floor.. ^.^;;

What causes teh effects of hangover is the lack of water and sugar in your body, so ingesting them is both the preventive measure and the best remedy.
