This is an event we have going on. Someone is going around killing everyone and we've been trying to find out who. But so far the killer has been wining.

You can go around and kill somebody if you want.

There is no way I can be the killer, and if I was, I would've definitely passed my title down to a newer, unsuspected member in case things didn't go the way I wanted.

If you don't know where the "red text" is from, you're not allowed to use it.

This means you have to see a particular anime that speaks about the "red text".
