I think the problem you have is that you're getting so aggravated. If this is because you just can't find enough ideas to get your 50,000 words, then just take a break. Walk away for a minute. Try and clear your mind of all your problems, forget the due date, everything. Then, come back in 15 minutes and write the first things that comes into your head. Take those ideas, and elaborate. Pretty soon, you'll find yourself with more than enough to finish strong.

If your problem is that you can't get your ideas to flow the right way, then you're missing the entire point of this challenge. You're writing a first draft, not the final novel. The point of this challenge is to get your ideas down in a storyline, to show that you can't write a perfect first draft.

Just my two cents on the issue, but I hope it helps.

Well I have to prepare for presenting a project I've been working on to the class in U.S History. That'll be fun considering I'm not one for speaking in class.

I like doing projects and then presenting them. I do that all the time in peer tutoring. I was also in theater, so I'm used to making a fool of myself. For me, I just think that everyone in the audience is one of my plush toys, because I always practice my presentation in front of them.
