S-Abilities can't be Leveled Up, Silver.
...You can buy more, but that's it.

You can probably make a more powerful version than Friendship for your next S-Ability.

Friendship Lvl 2- When within two cells of (Insert one Twin's Name here), (Insert Other Twin's Name here) gains +5 INT, +5 SPR.

Friendship Lvl 3- When within two cells of (Insert one Twin's Name here), (Insert Other Twin's Name here) gains +5 INT, +5 SPR, +5 ATK.

Friendship Lvl 4- When within two cells of (Insert one Twin's Name here), (Insert Other Twin's Name here) gains +5 INT, +5 SPR, +5 ATK, +5 DEF.

Friendship Lvl 5- When within two cells of (Insert one Twin's Name here), (Insert Other Twin's Name here) gains +10 INT, +10 SPR, +10 ATK, +10 DEF.

And I'll end it there, As for when I get to Lvl 5, the other S Abilities have no effect...

If Mio activates his Special Ability, then it might take care of the wave, if it has the right element
