But usually when the limiter is removed, it takes quite a while for Hayashi's outburst of aggravated shouting...but the heat of the room and the smell reminded him of the labratory that he was experimented in...^^;

We should be able to upgrade movement for 2 skill points, but the basic one movement can only be a max of four. (That means that say you had 3 movement, and then you had four from your class, you could upgrade the 3 to a 4.)
