Mesirona/Ethernia + Others Chat Thread

This chat thread will hold all conversations for Mesirona and Ethernia~

Currently I'm awaiting two more profiles (well technically three, but one is being finished at the moment) for my new roleplay Sky's Limit. Sky's Limit takes place in Ethernia, which is also the world in which Pursuit of Happiness takes place. Both Ethernia and Mesirona are connected by their spiritual planes of existence, something which we will visit in all of the roleplays at some point.

Looking at the cast, we'll have no problem killing off armies of mages. :P

I'm about to do the stats and stuff now, so I'll just get to that~

Do we have any other mages besides Cerani's elementalist?

[Silver]

Kuori has a halfer; Victorine has a couple wind elemental spells that she gets sporadically. Cerani's Elementalist is the only pure mage we have.

Though, looking at your Mechanic we might not have a problem. I'm sure a healing droid and/or magic machine could be easily made; if that is in your plans I mean.

Yeah, I already have nanobots planned for healing and another droid that fires out electricity randomly. My mechanic will have a lot of different options for droids, so we'll be good with that.

I don't think it will be too much of a problem, Cera-chans elementalist is a huge magic cannon.

[Zerifachias]

Yeah, I'm just messing around with possible mechanic abilities. The nanobots will definitely happen, and the lightning-drone will probably happen.

Update: I've finished tinkering with Dimmer's abilities. I have the first A-Ability slot all figured out. I might start the second one later or change some in the first, but that's what we're looking at right now for him.

Aye, no problems.

As you can probably tell, Dimmer is a supporting/physical ability character with a slight emphasis in support. It's enough so that I won't get bored with him, like with Auza.

On an unrelated, but prominent, note: Make sure you have a reason to be on the airship. While there are passengers aboard the ship, most of them are middle-upper class and upper class citizens from the city. Most people would not be able to simply pay to get aboard the ship, meaning that unless your character has the background to back them up; they likely aren't paying to be on board.

Characters could do just about anything to be on the ship. For example, Cerani's Elementalist was a hired mercenary (though I don't quite remember if she said for a passenger or for the ship itself) while other characters might stow away. It all depends on what you want to do, but please be on board the ship. Aside from my character, I don't see anyone with a particularly strong affinity for the Wind element, so it's not very likely that you'd be able to get on with how high up it is.

@Butters: Yes, but he still drinks.

He's younger than his sister, Sariska. I'm not saying how old he is in relation to Chloe though. =P

The Eternal family is pretty funny though.

Sariska - Amazing musician and leader of a rebellion against equality.
Chloe - Escort services.
Dimmer - Mechanic.

Although he could be in the entertainment industry, like his sisters. He plays a mean flute.

I have a question for everyone, save Cera-chan (as it doesn't affect her). When are your exams? Are they coming up fairly soon?

I, myself, only have one exam that requires my full attention; though it is a few weeks away, as my exams begin in the middle of May.
