It would be so much easier if she was below or at 40 HP! Scather's D-Ability will deal 40 Piercing to one of the enemies! We'd have a lot less casualties.

According to Masq, Aronia uses her abilities in the order that they are listed on her profile, SO...

14 ATK from Circular Saw Havoc will kill Lily, I'll have her use Prayer so that she can escape death. Scather can kill Albere with his D-Ability (I was planning on having Albere killed by Lily's hand first, but my mind was changed, and now I've changed it again.)

If Lily continues to use Prayer, then there will be much less casualties, so she has to stick with that. Only...

Sonia is attacking allies. Lily will be able to escape death again, however, if Volten is cast, seeing as she is resistant to Lightning. Everyone else won't have to worry about Sonia's attack due to Prayer. Lily can regain 11 HP from Prayer, and with her resistance it would be around 8 damage. Circular Saw Havoc will do 6 damage, which will end up killing Lily. I would have to use a Hi-Potion or something similar anyway.

Either way, I say Albere dies this turn. Permission to use a potion? =3

Masq, you mean to say that Aronia took absolutely ZERO damage from Albere's attack!?

No. That's not factored in yet. It won't be until my next update.

Okay, how about this?

Masq, Albere was able to hit Aronia from the other side of the tanks. That's because it was a ranged attack.

So would Lily or Scather be able to hit Aronia with their D-Ability, seeing as both are ranged?

I don't see why not.

Then this battle is as good as over.

Scather D-Ability on Aronia, Lily D-Ability on Albere.

Assuming that Albere did at LEAST 1 DMG to Aronia, Scather's 40 Piercing damage will kill Aronia. Lily's 22 + Lock-On and Point Blank (+4 - Range of the bow) is 28. 80% of that is 22, which is JUST enough to kill Albere. Perfect Kill, actually.

Does that sound right?

Sure, it's -2 experience, but I'm willing to risk that.

We SUCK at killing people. It's not funny any more.

Lily missed Albere's heart by 15 centimeters?

Yeah. You fight both of them one more time at Paisagem's Crag. I don't even want to think about that battle....> >

And Edward and Zair do show up. Never mind. Ferria holds us back while those two rescue Albere and Aronia. Remember that the Deadly Trio don't care whose on what side or doing; they just want their money at the end of the day. Meaning they were paid by someone to rescue Albere and Aronia.

But yes. After this, it's back to town. Only new equipment for Lily will be available. Everyone else will have to wait until we get to Cadencia. After Lily buys her stuff and Valincar's story is told, we're doing these in the following order:

1. Sonia's Sidequest (Part ??? [I forget...])

2. Secret Request 00 - Fight with Pandora (not too bad; second battle with her will be A LOT worse)

3. Secret Request 01 - Fight with Jenova

Both Secret Request involve one or two minor battles also. It's a good exp opportunity before moving on.

Albere: *Notices the Deadly Trio* "Oh, hello! You're coming to rescue little old me? How delightful!" *looks at party* "Listen you experiments! I won't forget what happened today! You'll all get a spanking! I'll make sure of it!"

No. He's unconscious. Aronia will have a few thoughts. Otherwise, it'll just be Ferria flaunting her power. Man, but Aronia is pissed. And when you fight her later....Yikes. She dual wields organs. Yeah. It's like that.

[Zerifachias]

Whaaaat? Dual wield organs? How do you do that? Seriously?

You should keep Albere conscious. I would LOVE to see what he says.

Okay so what am I doing now? I know Sonia will be using Volten. But what shall Scather do. I don't want to screw this up, so tell me.

Oh, she stops playing them. Instead, she has two organs that float next to her that she uses to crush enemies. :3 Fun stuff.

And Albere is definitely going to be out stone cold. What would you expect from someone you just shot with a supercharged arrow? XD

@Sliv: It doesn't matter what Sonia does, actually. Lily has 1 HP left.

...wait a minute!

Masq, does "attacking an ally" mean the same thing as using one of the attacker's abilities on another person? Does it matter what Sonia uses, as long as it's an attack?

That's what I was thinking. What if it was a character who only had healing ability in the same situation?

Scather is using his D-Ability on Aronia, by the way. It should kill her, and if Masq doesn't accept our idea of Sonia using a healing ability, then go ahead and use Volten or whoever.

If a character only had a healing ability, then the character would be forced to execute a basic attack, even if it would result in failure. In this case, Sonia has plenty of attack abilities, so one of them must be used.

Oh well.

Lily still gets a level up. ^^;
