...err...Glaceon isn't that bad, it doesn't have great HP, but it's Defense is actually pretty good...Abomasnow's not that bad either, but its 4x effective weakness to one of the worst banes of ice types, fire, makes it so that it doesn't really matter...Lapras is possibly the ice type with the best defensive stats...but yeah, Windy sees your point, but that's why Windy tends to have Reflect and Light Screen used a lot...so that his ice types can survive at least a hit or two, which is usually enough time to take the other Pokemon down...ara...^^
