How should I build a runepage for support and one for ap mid?

More specifically for Lulu and Zyra.

I know that Lulu doesn't have a heal or mana recovery, so how would I build her? (I also find her sort of mana hungry until I buy mana regen)

Still learning Zyra on PBE before I play PvP with her.

Right, for a support page. Marks you can go with a lot of options, I tend to use Magic Pen just for the extra damage for trades in laning phase. Seals you pretty much have to go flat Armor since you'll be in a lane with their AD carry who will most likely have a ton of flat AD. Glyphs can be debatable, I go flat MR just because I'm cheap and don't want to buy other runes. They work out really well, but I can see using MP/5 runes too, but I personally can't justify it since with the new support items (Eleisa's Miracle, Crystalline Flask, etc.) you shouldn't have mana problems at all. Especially since as a support you tend to want to start with Farie Charm to solve your early game mana problems. Support Quints are almost always GP/10, because as a support you desperately need that gold since you won't be getting any cs in lane.
