Center of Attention - Selected Foe/All Foes can only target the affected unit. Lasts 4 turns and cannot be cleansed.

I think that means we can't still target allies. Anyone care to give a ruling?

For Windy's rps, when an enemy has Center of Attention and you're the victim, you either attack that enemy or don't attack at all...only two options...ara...^^

Center of Attention literally means that you're the Center of Attention, meaning that everyone is focused on you, and only you.

If her move wasn't so horrible I would have her doing more fighting.
