So basically, If you've disabled a certain job or character, you can do it again?

More or less, yes..
Shekal records a certain enemy in Level One.
In level two or any other level if they appear again he can instantly disable all of them instead of doing it one at a time.
So if he ever sees clones of autumn in one map he can disable all of them.

Then 10 MP.
