They're basically like little dead fireflies, except they glow light-bluish instead of orange.

We're either going to make the S-Ability scale by 10% rather than 20%, or we're going to put a cap on it, probably like 200% or something (maybe a little lower or something I dunno lol *cough*).

I'm okay with the 200% limit. Double the normal basic attack power is quite a bit, but still not overkill, since it takes awhile for it to scale. The only reason it scales so fast is because of Haste.

Not to mention there will be times that I have to use another ability, or for some reason stop attacking, and the scale will reset.
