Just so y'all know, Kial isn't going to be fighting. She's more of an observer, an adviser mostly there to keep an eye on Charles and make sure he doesn't die. Apparently she's protecting a dragon now too.

Maybe when the enemies get tougher, she'll lend a hand. Only one hand though, mind you.

She better lend more than just a hand once we get further into Plegia. Most of these guys we'll be fighting aren't exactly your run-of-the-mill cannon fodder. Considering they'll be fairly well-trained and mostly be armed with silver weapons since Plegia as a nation is loaded. And I don't like the odds of eight of us (seven if Kial doesn't help) against 30 of them (even though they'll most likely be funneling toward us a few at a time...) >.>

I'm actually not sure which is better, two swords or a spear. I think it really depends on the skill level of the sword-wielder. In this case, it's pretty high, but still.
