Silent Slight [Interest Check]

Imagine a heartbreak so powerful that it can shatter one's own existence in the real world. Now imagine being stabbed in the back repeatedly all the while, spurned at every turn. Kept in the dark, and then finally becoming one with it. Purged from reality. Lost. Completely. Memories fading, there is nothing left of the past. Not even a name. The one who suffered such immense pain finds himself with practically nothing, standing alone in a world he knows nothing about. A frighteningly stoic world. So quiet. Befriending a small wounded creature, he ventures forth to learn about his existences. Feeling the pain of his past weighing down on him, he calls himself "Broken" just for the sake of having a name. Wielding a nameless blade that he calls "Killer", he must fight through the horrors dwelling in this realm and discover who he used to be and how to get back to where he once was.

However, everything is not so simple. There will be conflicts great and small, all paramount to the ultimate one--a war between the essence of hatred and love. A metaphysical battle having such a powerful effect on the real world that all levels of existence are under threat of absolute destruction. Broken discovers that a simple heartbreak has nothing on the amount of pain being generated by this war, and endeavors to stop it along with those willing to join his cause. There are lessons to be learned for all involved, even the highest, most divine beings who claim to be omniscient but express their foolishness through their heartless and ignorant actions. Selfishness. Greed. Power. So much vice and not enough virtue. Will a truth so intense be enough to quell the spreading sin? Or will all crumble into nothingness forever?

Okay, so this is going to be a one-on-one roleplay and there will be stipulations for being my role playing partner in this instance. Let's save that for later though. For now, I'll say I was vague for the express purpose of making the discovery of what this realm is a complete surprise for the one who joins and for our characters. It is going to be statistical but I hope to have a ton of freeform involved which will be much more important than most of the battles that take place. So yeah. Let me go over what I expect.

Requirements:

---Must be well-versed in statistical role playing or willing to learn.
---Must make at least ONE post per day. I will be subject to the same rule which means I will have to update at least once per day.
---If you are not able to make the one post, you must let me know and give the reason. I know it seems ridiculous, but I don't think it'd take much time to be like: "Hey Masq, not posting today because [insert reason]."

Those are the only requirements and they exist mostly because I want this thing to continue rolling along at a decent pace. It goes without saying that I hope to get more than one post per day, but the minimum will help keep it from slipping into a state of stasis. That said, you know you can't join if you are excessively busy and the like. You don't have to have a ridiculous amount of free time to join, but enough to get in a post every day. Don't forget that I am subject to the same requirement. It's to help me stay motivated and hopefully keep me motivated for the other role plays that I need to keep up-to-date.

With all that said, who's interested? On a side note, your character can either find themselves in the unknown world and not know what's going on like my character, or your character can be a denizen of the world entitled to some information that I will have to share with you should that be the case. The choice is yours and yours alone.

Is there any specifics about a character you want? Or is it just standard?

Or do you care if it's a mage, fighter, assassin, tank, etc?

Broken is a physical melee fighter. Technically you can be anything, but that's just what my character is. XD

Awesome. I'll get right on that, I was just looking at Broken and Resentment to see what I might have to do. Seems I'll be playing a long distance mage/buffer to compliment their abilities.

Nice. XD Also, is your character going to be like Broken or is your character going to be from the realm? And by "like Broken" I mean from somewhere he/she/it doesn't remember. He/she/it can remember his/her/its name and stuff, just not the place he/she/it came from or most of his/her/its background.

I want to be just as lost about things as he is, so ze is gonna be like Broken.
