Tales of Alidaire: The Summoning

Name: Karolaine Morrowsen

Class: Rogue/Thief

Gender: Female

Appearance: She appears to most to be rather average: average in height, skin and hair color, and pleasantly lean. Karolaine is a little less than five and a half feet tall. She has the average, ruddy complexion of most Elendian city peasants. Her hair is shoulder-length, and is a dark mahogany brown. Normally appears wearing a simple tunic and breeches, with a grey hooded cloak. The only obvious weapons she carries are two small daggers strapped to her belt, though there are more hidden throughout her clothing. Lastly, she only has one thing that stands out, a simple tattoo of a bounding, black fox on the inside of her left elbow.

Background: Karolaine grew up on the streets and alleys of Altinor. Her parents were poor and worked very long hours, so Karolaine spent most of her time playing with her friends, who would one day become a small gang of thieves, stealing from the rich and giving some to the poor. She was a part of this, but yet wasn't, so one day she broke off from them and told her parents she was going traveling, at age 16. Four years later, she returned, daggers on her hip and a mysterious tattoo on her left arm. Karolaine stayed to keep her parents alive and well, but after they were arrested on suspicion of theft, she has been trying to get them out ever since. And she knows it's not a one-person job . . .

Tales of Alidaire: The Summoning

Name: Ezzekkial

Class: Seer

Age: ??

Gender: Male

Appearance: Ezzekkial is a feline-like humanoid. He has snow white fur, with patches of gray in his pointed ears and the pads of his paws. His eyes are silver and reflective, just like a cat's. The only thing truly strange about Ezzekkial is that he appears to be both feline and canine. His muzzle is too long to be feline, but his claws retract; his tail curls and sways when he walks. In a dark night, he is like a white shadow, eyes burning and luminescent.
Ezzekkial has an easy smile, and glances around at things many times, like he's never seen anything before, even if he already has. He wears simple clothing, a faded tunic and leather breeches held to his waist by a belt. Other than what he wears, he carries no possessions, no bags or weapons, not even a coin purse.

Background: Aside from the obvious, not much is known about this rather curious character. No one knows if he has any family, friends, or otherwise. Small rumors, here and there, tell of a white furred creature that can see the future. Some have said that he came from across the sea, but that's absolutely ridiculous, isn't it?

Transposing A Lilliad for Pokemon

Name: Silas Nobuyuki
Age: 17
Gender: Male

Appearance: Silas normally wears pale, pinstriped pants, a white T-shirt, a pair of blue sneakers //think Converses//, a soft, brown longcoat, and a long, rainbow-colored scarf. All this, along with his mop of dark blue hair, gives him a rather eccentric appearance. He appears to almost always have a sunny smile spread across his face, and he has an air of recklessness and confidence that most who are eccentric seem to have. His bright, green eyes constantly take things in, as if he's never seen any of it before in his life.

Personality: Silas has a personality that matches his sense of style: sunny, eccentric, and confident. He always has something to smile about, no matter the situation, believing that if you can't find that silver lining in something, it's probably not worth it. Silas knows that some find him irritating, but he simply brushes them off as grouches, grumps, and humbugs. He's also bright and curious about everything, to the point of being nosy.

Biography: Silas Nobuyuki grew up with an average family in the old Johto region. He had a sister and a dog, made excellent marks in the local school, and sat at family dinners in the living room every night. He had plenty of friends and games to play with, but it all became boring after a while. There was nothing new to do anymore, no more unknown places to explore, until the day he found a Pokemon laying injured on the side of a road.

The Pokemon was a Pidgeot. Its wing had been broken, so it was unable to fly and hunt for food. Silas' parents allowed him to nurse it back to health and keep it. During this time, the Pidgeot earned the nickname 'Piggy', due to its 'bottomless pit'. So, when Slias turned ten, he discovered a whole new world he could adventure in when he received his trainer's license. His parents lent him enough money to keep Silas and Piggy fed and healthy, and bought him a ticket on a ship headed to the Kanto region.

There, Silas grew as a trainer and a person, catching and training his Pokemon, showing them the same love gave to Piggy. He and his Pokemon never cared for the so-called 'Contest Battles', preferring instead to prove their skills in real battles, whether in the wild or in a Gym. They won some and they lost some, but they never gave up. Eventually, they won as many badges as they could and were working towards the legendary Elite Four until word reached Silas and his team of a new evil on the horizon. A new Team Rocket or Aqua and Magma the people were calling this new organization, but far more deadly . . .

+The Freezer - 0% Atk, Inflict Freeze, Deals 10% Max HP damage for five turns, foe cannot act for five turns - Oscar shoves a foe into his freezer, where he keeps his latest victims. Range: Adjacent cell. 30 MP

R - Ability: Cake Mecca Denied - Oscar believes that there is a rumor among the baked sentients that there is a Zion in someone’s stomach. All they have to do is get there. Oscar denies them this by destroying them. - When a foe is inflicted with a positive status effect, Oscar can remove it. Can only remove one effect per turn.

S - Ability: Bakery Abuse Victim - Ever wonder why Oscar enjoys killing baked goods? - Every turn Oscar is attacked, he gains the same amount of damage dealt in MP.

S - Ability: Courage in Companionship - When a knight of any kind is joined by his or her companions, it is impossible to dishearten them. When Aryn is within 2 cells of an ally, her INT and SPR increase by 50%.

A - Ability: Audio-mixing - Some say this ability is more of a talent than something you can learn. Some just know how to put sounds together beautifully, and some don’t.

+Distort Pitch - Using mana through sound manipulation software, it is possible to distort incoming sounds, as they are happening. When used on an enemy, their main stat that they use for offense is lowered by 50%. When used on an ally, the reverse is given; their main stat is increased by 50%. +Fade Down -As with Distort Sound, it is possible to fade out a sound as it is happening. Casts Silence on enemies within range. Range: Special (see above) Cost: 7 MP

Bio: Engineered from embryo to fetus in an attempt to create a psychic warrior, Rachel was one of the program’s first subjects. She was perfect for the Project needed: a soldier bred to fight, and with unique powers that would set the country first in military might. The experiment went well. Too well, in fact. Rachel’s distorted perception became irreversible, and she was deemed a failed experiment. As such, she was sent to the Institute as a high-security patient. After several escapes which resulted in several deaths and various other casualties to the locals, she was kept under the heaviest security the facility could afford, and she has yet to have seen daylight for quite some time . . .
