Tales of a Dreamer: Heart Collection

In the distant land of Sar'tu, conflicts have begun to arise, sparking the flames of a civil war. The Kingdoms of Ermith, Amezi, and Krephu became worried that the war might spread to their lands as well, and decided to make a temporary alliance against the civil war in Sar'tu. These three kingdoms refused to take any one side in the civil war, and instead sent their own warriors to solve the problem in the self-warring continent.

Four warriors, along with the King of Ermith's guide, are sent to the land of Sar'tu to put an end to the warring once and for all. However, not all goes well on their voyage to the land. The flames of war brought forth more than death this time around.

The party and the guide stood on the boat, the deck rocking slightly from the calm ocean beneath them. They had been given a job to do in the land of Sar'tu. They were to find out who was in charge of the two warring sides, and negotiate with them in order for the civil war to end. If that did not work, they were to assassinate the two leaders and await for further orders from the king.

The boat had been calm for quite some time, allowing the group to become relaxed, despite one of them was a crazy kid. Just as the eldest member of the fighting team came out of the captain's station, the boat suddenly rocked violently, causing everyone on board to fall to their knees.

Then, two large demons sprung out of the ocean and landed on the boat. They growled and roared at the party, and were soon followed on board by an angelic figure, only this angel had black wings. To complete the set of baddies, a large snake rose out of the ocean and also boarded the ship. These creatures would need to be erased if the group was to continue.

Victor was quick to jump up and run at the enemies, taking the initiative by striking the strange demon with his sheath. The demon just looked down at Victor, as if he had gone crazy, but then cried out in pain when Victor took his unsheathed sword and slashed the beast with it.

Ange moves to H-6

"Yay! Victor is winning!" Ange cried out with glee. "Ange wants to help too!" She said aloud, holding out her hand. With a cold breeze, a snowball appeared in her palm, and she chucked it playfully at one of the demons.

Without a word, Victor jumped towards the beast, his sheath high in the air. The same as before, he hit and struck the beast with his sheath before pulling out his sword and slicing through the thick scales of his enemy.

Ange moves to G-5

Ange skipped up behind Victor, her mittens over her mouth, covering it up. When she lowered her hands, she also breathed out. An icy cold mist came from her blue lips and made it's way around Victor and onto the beast in front of him. The mist completely covered the beast now, and it started to begin to freeze up, immobilizing parts of the demon's body.

Ange uses Icy Breath on Hrunt! Hrunt may be inflicted with freeze! (High chance)(9 MP)
