Zero poked the robot once again and grinned after finding a small opening in the plates. If she did this correctly, she may be able to open up that crack to get a good strike at the inside of the robot. Taking her dagger and dipping in the acid-like poison she always carried, Zero sliced at the point where she found the crack.

Lily sighed, closing her eyes. The atmosphere here was easier to concentrate in than it was back in her fight with Aster. That battle hadn't rattled her, in fact, it actually calmed herself down. It was much easier to activate Lock-On now than it was before, thanks to that.

Lily activates Lock-On! All attacks now have infinite range for 3 turns!

Lily waits.

"Czes, I don't think you should use any magic against these beings." Lily said, "Let us melee types handle them this time around."

Watching as Valincar and Sonia summoned some help, the latter trying and failing to summon their dragon like creature in the same place where Valincar placed his Mirror Doll, the Fencer looked away. Poison would be useless in this battle and unless she had something sharper, there was no way she would be able to pierce through the machines' defenses.

Placing her hand at the hilt of her rapier, she slowly ran her hand over the blade, a bright light beginning to coat it. Finishing her preparations, she looked at the machines. This would help a bit.

[Rosetta] uses Piercethrough. Her next attack will be Piercing.

Valincar grimaced as water started spraying down from the ceiling. Though it seemed to have an adverse effect on the enemies, now the room was slowly filling up with water. They would have to end the battle fast before they drowned. Unfortunately, Valincar knew he was going to be useless for this battle. The machines were fully capable of defending against magic, but he knew his Mirror Doll could handle the counterattack as long as it stayed alive. Thus, he pushed forward hoping Sonia would dive out of the way or something and smashed a potion on the artificial creature.

Valincar moves to I4.

The Mirror Doll was at the point of malfunctioning when its mana took in the life mana from the potion which brought it back near full health. It dodged through its allies to gain distance and caused a bolt of lightning to crash down on the enemy that had attacked it.

Sonia looked at the sprinklers and grew scarred. If they took too long they could end up dead at the bottom of the new laboratory pond. She ducked as Valincar used a potion on his creature. She raised her staff, commanding her creature to attack. She wasn't going to be afraid of the water, not until it was a problem.

Zero tried to walk back to the robot, but she couldn’t find strength in her legs or the lower half of her body for that matter. She was stuck in one place, and that wasn’t good as she’s now a ‘sitting duck’ to the laser-shooting robots. But Zero would have to hide for now, since she would be dead if the robots all fired at her. She closed her eyes and blended in with the shadows in the room, including her own.

Rendered completely useless in this battle, Valincar had no choice but to reach into his pouch and pull out a grenade. With a less than vigorous toss, Valincar sent the grenade flying at the nearby machine. The explosion wasn't great, but he could tell the thing had damaged him. "I am deeply sorry for anyone standing next to the explosion," Valincar apologized solemnly knowing that the room was quite cramped.

Lily sighed. This wasn't going anywhere fast. She looked over at one of the robots that have yet to be touched by any attack and lifted her bow towards it. Lily knocked an arrow to the wood and pulled the string back. "I will end you." She growled, electricity flowing down the length of her bow. "I apologize in advance to anyone in the way." Lily called, "But this battle needs to end. NOW!" With that last shout, Lily released the arrow, which zoomed around her allies and pierced straight through the hoverbot.

Lily uses her D-Ability: Arrowhead Striker on Shots! 27 Piercing ATK DMG!

Shots is Wet! 54 Piercing ATK DMG!

Shots is weak to Lightning! 108 Piercing ATK DMG!

(There's no way Thunder would be doing 56 damage, even with Wet, after it's main power was 14. The hoverbots are weak to electric. :3)

She knew that she wouldn’t be able to walk just yet, but Zero could start moving her legs, somewhat. She stood up and played with her dagger by twirling it in her hand, waiting for the feeling in her legs to return.

Lily picked up her bow and stretched an arrow out, twisting the string together with it. When she released the arrow, it pierced straight through the hoverbot's hea-er....hard drive....
