"Ruthaaaaas!" Chloe cried out dramatically, not thinking before blowing up Terra's eardrums with her high-pitched voice and her squeal of almost-fake agony. "Don't die, okay? I'll help you in just a second, so heal up while you still can!" Chloe then immediately began stockpiling her charm effect, doing various things to increase her own capabilities.
