Ein, who became instantly surrounded by rats, still kept his nonchalant manner upon him. The jewel embedded in one of his gloves glowed with a black light and a blade made of shadows instantly appeared. "Scamper into the shadows; let death carry you away to eternal slumber." With those words, Ein brought the blade down on the poor rat.

Hayashi defended himself from the first atack but couldn't help being weakened by the second. If this continued Hayashi would fall soon.
"Forgive me but I must retreat for now..." Hayashi said backing up through the door and sitting down beside it.
Hayashi waits.

Seeing that the door area had become extremely crowded, Marie moved as far away from the clump of people as possible. Marie was quite claustrophobic, so she was relieved to get away from the others. But, she was still within range of a rat. It had to be disposed of.

Marie conjured another stringless bow, which magically fired an arrow at the vermin below her.

Second Floor G1 cannot be occupied! Ein is forced to Second Floor G2!
Seeing that the rats on the first floor had been utterly decimated, the alchemist then proceeded to the next floor knowing that his allies would be closing in behind him. He immediately stepped out of the path of the stairs so his friends could get through. Unfortunately, there was a big rat right there. He raised a gloved hand and immediately set to controlling the molecules in the rats mind, causing them to clash into each other at high rates.
Ein uses Dream Ravager on Achoo! 11 Dmg with a chance of Confusion! (INT)

Nina finally moved on, up the stairs and towards the final floor. She looked back down the stairs, knowing her Elementals would take forever to get here. Why not call them up, she put her arms in Prayer Position.
