Re: Tales of Alidaire: Heart of the World
"Aw crap," Ryas groaned, slowly backing away from the angry mob. "There's no way in hell I'm helping out with reconstruction. My magic isn't meant for that shit. Also, no muscles." This was where people usually flexed their arms to prove their points but Ryas believed that was what retarded people did. Not to mention she had a scrawny figure anyway, there was no point.
Tenkai watched the angry mob that was beginning to form. "Reminds me of the old witch hunts," she commented, reminiscing. "Just a few hints here and there and suddenly, houses were set on fire and women were burned. A wonderful time that was." She smirked almost dreamily, though it was hard to tell from her mask. Tenkai then turned to Ryas. "I believe you were almost caught up in it too."
"Why you. . . !" the Witch would have set the assassin on fire if it weren't for Donald suddenly grabbing her arm. "Hey-!" She quickly shut her mouth though when he explained to her the reason for the rude action. Ryas nodded in understanding and pocketed the item. She would check it later. "Thanks. Take care." With a curt wave, the Witch sprinted after Trinity and Kazega, sending Tenkai a dark glare when she passed the assassin.
Tenkai chuckled before giving the two animal humanoids a deep bow. "I thank you for your assistance. It was most appreciated." She straightened, eye glinting. "Now then, I bid you all farewell. Come along now, you two." The assassin motioned at the telekinetic and the pianist to hurry along, least they be left behind. Rushing after the other three, Tenkai caught up to Ryas and, without warning, picked her up.
"Whoa, hey, what the hell?!" the Witch snapped, struggling for a brief moment before realizing it was futile. Not to mention tiring. "You fucking bitch, why the fuck are you carrying me?"
"It's faster this way," Tenkai replied, amusement clear in her voice. "And keep talking like that and I might just drop you." Ryas growled lowly but shut up. She wasn't stupid.

Re: Tales of Alidaire: Heart of the World
"Oh my..."
Clara backed up as the mob began to surface, she was happy to help fix everything but they didn't have time. They had to get out of here, out of this world, fast. Though it was a shame for them to leave the way they did, they just had to. Looking over to where her allies had been, she found herself being the only one there. Chris had darted after the Assassin who's words she had barely caught. Turning over to Donald and Goofy, she forced a smile and curtsied politely.
"Thank you for everything, and... this isn't goodbye. I'm certain our paths will cross once again."
With that said, Clara picked up the sides of her dress and began to run after her party. She would have to fix her clothing once they got where they needed to go. Though elegant and beautiful, her current outfit wasn't fit for traveling. Not to mention her heels hadn't been the best idea for running either. Yet she still chased after the group, taking off and picking up the useless footwear as she exited the town.

They had made it. The group dashed and dashed along, leaving the town behind and circumventing it slightly. As Donald had said, there seemed to be some sort of traveling craft resting just outside the town. Had it been there before? Certainly it couldn't have. Trinity shrugged and raced towards the ship. It was beyond her wildest dreams. Never before had she seen anything like it: the gummi ship. As she stopped in front of the craft, she poked at the material it was made from. It was solid, yet flexible at the same time. It was an odd feeling and she shuddered slightly with a smile.
"You look like a little kid, Trinity," Kazega spoke up as she came to a stop at last, even though she could have easily outrun anyone in the group with the speed of the winds.
"Can you blame me?" was all she said in response as she looked the thing over. "Um, how are we supposed to get inside?" At that moment, a hatch on the side opened up and a long track made out of a more solid material than the ship shot out, digging into the ground slightly. "Ah, voice command. How much more fantastical can this get? Come on, everyone." That said, the group crammed aboard. From outside, the craft didn't look too particularly big, but the inside was actually rather cozy. There were enough places for everyone to sit. Trinity sat in a large white chair in the middle and looked out of the cockpit.
In the meantime, Kazega took a seat at the control panels and glanced everything over. There was a screen flashing with the words 'Radiant Garden' on it along with some weird picture of what appeared to be a planet. Under the screen was a large green button with the word 'ENGAGE' printed on it in white. "Not sure if this'll get us anywhere, but you guys might want to take your seats! Here we go!" With that, Kazega pressed the button and the entirety of the ship began to shake. The metallic track retracted and the hatch closed. Machinery began whirring and the rumble of an engine could be heard.
Trinity gasped as she felt the ship start to hover in the air, tilting back, and finally shooting towards the sky with great speed. She could have sworn she screamed as the thing went full force, higher and higher, until it pierced the far reaches of Alidaire's atmosphere, disappearing in a flash of light. When she opened her eyes, she realized they were in some sort of space, flying at a cozy speed. The ship seemed to be directing itself towards the intended destination. Trinity got out of her chair and looked out of the glass. There were obstacles floating in the space they were traveling, but the gummi ship easily overcame them, soaring high or turning at weird angles when needed.
"This is unbelievable," Trinity said, shocked. She fell to her knees. "So this isn't some sort of dream right? I'm not going to wake up any moment, am I?"

Re: Tales of Alidaire: Heart of the World
Clara's eyes widened as well as she looked upon the area the ship had flown itself into. Headed for 'Radiant Garden' which was likely amazing itself, but this... this was overloading her mind. And yet, it seemed so very familiar, like she had felt this very experience before. But it wasn't possible, she had lived her life in Alidaire her entire life; She was not from a different world.
Pushing the unusual nostalgia from her mind, she began to smile widely, looking around. She too got up and moved over to Trinity who had fallen to her knees and her eyes began to sparkle slightly. This was truly unbelievable!
Chris on the other hand remained seated, though she did look out at the amazing situation going on. So they were leaving Alidaire, she hadn't expected it to happen so quickly. She had only just arrived there before she joined this party and now she was leaving. If he was on that world, she wouldn't be happy about leaving. But then again, chances were that he wasn't there; She couldn't feel his presence there.
Traveling was a good thing. He was out there somewhere, if not on Alidaire or in her world, then on another one. He wasn't dead. He was out there, and she knew that to be a fact even if everyone else said he wasn't. He wasn't dead, he just couldn't be.

"Fuck, I think I'm going to hurl."
Tenkai rolled her eye. She had dropped Ryas into a seat as soon as they entered the ship and hadn't bothered to sit in one herself. She felt no need to. Watching as the Witch turned slightly green around the edges, the assassin chuckled. She forgot the Witch wasn't used to vehicles. Ryas usually just used teleportation magic, which was odd because teleporting was much more nauseating than riding something like a spaceship. Not that Tenkai could understand.
"Would you like me to pinch you?" the assassin offered the young Keyblade wielder, stepping forward to stand next to the girl who had fallen onto her knees. She held up a clawed hand, the metal glinting in the light. "It's a sure-fire to find out if you're dreaming or not."
Meanwhile, Ryas was collapsed over two seats, trying ever so hard not to do something she would regret for the rest of her life. Like vomiting her guts out. She moaned as her stomach lurched. She was going to die, she just knew it.

Re: Tales of Alidaire: Heart of the World
Trinity turned to see Tenkai and closed her eyes, waving her hands frantically. "N-no thank you. I'm good. I'm definitely not dreaming," she replied uneasily. She knew it wasn't a dream. This was her destiny. She didn't know what it was about the trip, but she felt more at peace now than she had ever since this journey began. It was a great feeling. They'd see so many places they had never visited before. Radiant Garden would be the first. She wondered if there were more keyblade wielders there. And Disney Castle. She also wanted to visit the home of King Mickey at some point. Of course, they'd have to figure out how to do that later when someone could show them how to steer this thing.
"Something's wrong!" Kazega shouted suddenly. Sirens began blaring and red lights popped out of little hatches around the ceiling and started flashing. The screen with their intended destination began to flicker. Kazega pressed at some random buttons, but none seemed to have any effect whatsoever. The ship started rocking horribly before making a sort of sputtering noise. It was enveloped in a flash of light again and it began falling.
"Hold on everyone!" Trinity called out to her companions, standing up quickly and grabbing on to one of the nearby seats, bracing herself. In a mere second, she wasn't holding on to anything anymore. She couldn't tell what was what. Everything was shrouded in light again. She couldn't see. She didn't feel very well.
All she remembered after that was the strong sensation of falling...before falling unconscious.

"!"
"!"
It all happened so fast, having been amazed or at least hopeful about leaving only to wind up with a problem. The ship began to fall after being enveloped in light. Clara, who had been standing fell backwards into her seat, clutching it for dear life. Chris remained sitting, a single hand clenched tightly around the seat, constant deep breaths. Another surge of light, and both felt the same tingly sensation; one that made the pianist feel sick and the telekinetic feel relaxation in the chaos.
Falling. Upside down and falling. Everything moving in fast forward one moment and slow motion the next. Disorienting. Tumbling, spinning, tripping out; Round and round they fell. Fantasy. Was this really happening? Or was it all just pretend? ... No. It was real. Right?
Unconsciousness came before they could really tell.

Re: Tales of Alidaire: Heart of the World
The moment Kazega had exclaimed, Ryas knew her nightmare was not over just yet. With no strength in her body as the ship lurched, Ryas squeezed her eyes shut and waited for the pain to begin. Instead of pain, someone was grabbing her and keeping her from falling. She grimaced, opening her eyes. Ryas wasn't surprised to find out her savior was the damn assassin.
Tenkai was incredibly amused. The Witch was usually very energetic. Now, she was as lifeless as her voodoo dolls. How unfortunate. Still, she was of no use to the assassin if she continued to be like this. Deciding to be kind and ease the woman's suffering, Tenkai hit the Witch in a pressure point, careful of claws, and watched as the Witch instantly slumped in her arms. As the ship began to spiral out of control, Tenkai chuckled and pulled Ryas against her chest.
It was time to enjoy the ride.

Re: Tales of Alidaire: Heart of the World
"I'm sorry to be a bother, but would please wake up?" the sound of a female voice echoed in what appeared to be a small space. "It's kind of cramped in here; it'd be much better if you all spread out." Her voice was light and gentle, and it also carried some sort of odd accent to it. It was a young lady in a beautiful blue dress. She poked at the pile of people that had toppled down from above.
Besides a massive headache and what felt like a great pressure weighing down on her body, Trinity felt okay for the most part. She could hear someone talking which only made her head hurt worse. Opening her eyes, she realized where the pressure was coming from. She was at the bottom of a heap of people who happened to be her companions. "Guys....by the gods...please wake up," she muttered miserably, clutching her head with her only free hand. She saw the girl who was speaking earlier and was stunned by her beauty, but at the moment, that was the least of her concerns.
Kazega was unresponsive, but she eventually opened her eyes. She was on top of Trinity, and she could feel more people on top of her, Ryas being the closest. She gazed vacantly outwards towards the other girl in the room thinking nothing. The room itself was small and cramped. The floor was vinyl, black and white patterned. From the dome ceiling hung a single chandelier and in the center of the room was a table and chair, wooden. What a weird room...
"Oh, some of you are awake," the girl said, keeping her distance. "Um...your companions on the bottom need to get up, so you need to wake up too," she spoke loudly to the others, hoping to rouse them.

Re: Tales of Alidaire: Heart of the World
The spinning, tripping, totally unreal yet perfectly real falling sensation was back as some girl called out to them. Chris was the first to hear it, having been rather calm and collected during the entire experience. It had been rather interesting, the feeling that she got from entering wherever they were. Opening her eyes, she found herself holding up the dainty, and extremely light Clara; the Telekinetic's body was crushing everyone else. But before she could do something the rather floaty load on top her began to stir.
"Oh..."
Clara's eyes fluttered open and she felt dizzy, her head spinning as she tried to make sense of what happened. Tumbling from inside the ship and landing somewhere... warm and soft. Her head hurt and everything seemed to spin even more as she stirred. However, everything became clear as she looked under her body.
"Oh!"
Clara, rather shocked that she was laying on top of all of her allies while also being rather dazed, began to fall in the direction of the girl. In her surprise she almost fell flat on her face, had it not been for Chris, who grabbed her arm and quickly settled both the pianist and herself on their feet and off of the pile. Clara's left hand went to her head, the other one went to Chris' shoulder for support. Chris didn't mind, she was too busy looking around (mainly up) to see if she could get a read on where they were.
"Well... that was rather... interesting. Where do you suppose we are?"

Re: Tales of Alidaire: Heart of the World
"Son of a bitch," Ryas cursed, groaning in pain. "Someone get the number of that truck. . . . I feel like I was sent through a washing machine. . . ." Tenkai chuckled at her moans and groans and also left the pule once Clara and Chris had gotten off her. Ryas hissed, pain racking her body at the movements being made above her. "I fucking hate you all."
"Be thankful you weren't at the very bottom," Tenkai pointed out, laughter in her voice. She helped the Witch off of Kazega, mindful of her claws. Ryas gave said claws a disgruntled look. They could easily but her head off. Not a pleasant thought. Once on her feet, Ryas began to cast a healing spell to her back.
"Well, that wasn't awkward at all," the Witch grumbled, feeling the pain start to ease. She then glared at the three who had been on top of her. "And you guys need to lose some weight, I felt like I had an elephant sitting on my back. Nearly crushed me, damn it." She scowled, still wincing slightly. She wasn't used to pain. "Gah, still hurts like a bitch."
"She's such a wonderful person, don't you agree?" Tenkai commented as she turned her head toward the pretty blonde lady. "A real pleasure to travel with, really. Sometimes, I wonder how she does it." Ryas growled, her hand twitching as if she wanted to punch the woman. Tenkai laughed. "A bundle of fun all wrapped into one person."
"I'll show you a bundle of fun, bitch," Ryas hissed, looking really to spit fire. Tenkai just watched her as one would their unruly pet cat.

Re: Tales of Alidaire: Heart of the World
Trinity gazed into Kazega's eyes for a moment before tilting her head. "Everyone's moved, Kazega. You can get off of me now," she said to her best friend who still seemed greatly out of it. It was just a relief to have all that pressure off of her. Kazega stood up drearily, rubbing her eyes and taking in the surroundings while Trinity stood up with a hefty groan. "Never. Again. Agreed?" she proclaimed, though as if they really had a choice. Trinity knew nothing about travel between worlds. She wondered what had happened to the gummi ship. How were they even supposed to get off of this world? What was this world? Too many questions swam through her mind making her headache amplify.
The blonde girl standing opposite the group had a serious look on her face, though her eyes were filled with curiosity. She looked at Ryas. "She is a very lively one, I must agree," she said with a nod directed at Tenkai. Her gaze turned to Chris. "I wish I could tell you where we are, but even I don't have the faintest idea. Wait. Were you at the party? I don't remember seeing you there, and I rather think I would because of the strange clothes you're wearing. You couldn't have followed me down the rabbit hole, right?"

Re: Tales of Alidaire: Heart of the World
Clara remained clutching her head with one hand and holding onto Chris with the other. All the talk going on interchangeably between her allies and this girl was giving her a massive migraine after that disorienting entrance into wherever they had ended up. She couldn't process anything at the moment, and thus remained quiet, trying to relax herself. It was rather strange she was taking this as badly as she was, she had landed in the best positioning of all of them; she should have been in the best condition.
"I'm afraid we weren't at any party... did you say 'Rabbit Hole'?"
Chris, while now being weighed down by Clara who was basically using the telekinetic as a cane, turned in the direction of the girl. She hadn't paid her much mind previously, but now that she was focused on her, it was rather strange. Talk of a party, that explained her dress. But where they were, and her use of the words 'rabbit hole' made absolutely no sense. They had crashed here, she doubted they went through a rabbit hole.

Re: Tales of Alidaire: Heart of the World
Ryas immediately snapped her head away from Tenkai to openly stare at the girl in the blue dress. "Did you just say 'Rabbit Hole'?" she demanded, looking horror-stricken. The Witch looked around in a panicked manner for a moment before visibly relaxing. "Oh, good. It's not the same one I was thinking of."
"I was rather fond of that one," Tenkai said, knowing exactly what Ryas was thinking of. Ryas mumbled something under her breath which sounded suspiciously like 'you would' but could have also been 'you bitch'. Tenkai wouldn't have been surprised if it were both. "The tea parties were the best."
"Only because everyone was trying to kill each other," Ryas snapped and shuddered at the memory. She could still remember the bolt flies and eyepots and all the different ruins. Absolutely disgusting. Surprisingly enough, Tenkai did not poke fun at the Witch and instead, turned her attention on the girl they still did not know but was still conversing with.
"You mentioned a party. Is it over yet? I would very much like to join if it's still going on," the assassin admitted. "It's so hard to have fun when you have companions like these."

Re: Tales of Alidaire: Heart of the World
"Yes, I did say rabbit hole, though it seems you didn't fall through it like I did," the girl said in thought, looking around. "The party is still going on, but I'm afraid it's up there, or, at least it would be up there if there were no ceiling. Oh wait, I landed on the ceiling and wound up on the floor, but I can't see the place where the floor shattered when I fell through it," the girl rambled on. She seemed as lost as the party was, but she was very calm about it, her eyes searching for something.
"Well, I don't think we'll learn anything by staying here. How in the world do we get out of this room?" Trinity asked aloud, posing the question to no one in particular, for it seemed that even the girl didn't know how to get out.
Kazega leaned down and prodded something against the wall. "What's this?" she asked, knocking on it.
The girl approached Kazega and knelt down to get a better look. "It appears to be a little door," she answered with her odd accent. In her hand, she held a small key. "I was wondering what kind of door this tiny key would go to." Without hesitating, the girl jammed the key into the lock of the door and turned it. There was a clicking sound in response--a perfect fit. She took the key out and opened the door. Light flooded through and she bent her head to look out. It seemed to be some...she didn't know how to describe it. It was a forest of some sorts. She frowned and closed the door. "Well, we got it unlocked, but how do we get through?"
Now it was Trinity's turn. "Do you know what this does?" Trinity asked. She was pointing to a vial of liquid on the table. A little card on the front of it said: "Drink Me."
"Ah," the girl said, standing up and taking the vial. "I had thought that I was dreaming, for this all seems familiar, stemming from a dream I've had time and time again. And since it's only a dream..." she explained, her voice trailing off. She ignored the horrified look on Trinity's face and downed a small portion of the liquid. In that instant, the girl began to shrink. Smaller and smaller she became until she was just the right size to go through the door. "You guys should give that a try; it's like a whole different world down here!" she called up to the others.
Trinity raised an eyebrow. "Well....do we?" she asked, indicating the vial of liquid.

"Oh god, it's working the same way," Ryas almost whimpered, looking horror-stricken at the little bottle labeled 'Drink Me'. Tenkai rolled her eye, causing the Witch to glare at her. "Well, I'm so sorry for being traumatized by that event, no thanks to you." She paused before adding, "Asshole."
Tenkai shrugged. "There seem to be no harmful effects," she commented, stepping forward to pick up the bottle. "It's unfortunate that we have to drink it." Ryas blinked before grimacing.
"Oh, ew, don't take off your mask," she said, taking a step forward. "If you are, go do it in the corner where we can't see your face." She pointed at a random area in the small room. "Now go. Shoo."
"Oh, don't say that Ryas. You'll hurt my feelings," Tenkai smirked, eye glinting. Her free hand reached for her mask, the claws that usually adorned it somehow hanging off of her waist. Ryas made a gagging noise. "You're usually fascinated by these things. What changed your mind?"
"The fact that it's on your face," the Witch mumbled but didn't look away as the assassin hooked a finger under her face mask and pulled it down to reveal a stitched shut mouth. But that wasn't the worst part. Whoever had done the job had clearly forgotten to disinfect the area. Black blots could be clearly seen along her mouth, open sores and decaying flesh. It was best not to go into great detail about it. Tenkai moved the vial to said mouth and Ryas suddenly realized something. "WHOA WAIT, NO STOP TIME OUT!"
The assassin stopped. "Yes?"
"We'll go first, you can go last," Ryas said quickly, snatching the bottle from the woman's hand. The Witch's lips tightened as she eyed the thing but, pushing back her apprehension, brought it up, took a sip and hurriedly placed it back down. The effects were instantaneous. Soon, she was the same size as the girl in the blue dress. Quickly, the Witch moved away from Tenkai to stand at the blonde girl's side.
Tenkai raised an eyebrow before turning to the rest of the members. "Well then," she began and it was disgustingly awkward to watch her lips move. "Who would like to go next?"
Tenkai shrugged. "There seem to be no harmful effects," she commented, stepping forward to pick up the bottle. "It's unfortunate that we have to drink it." Ryas blinked before grimacing.

Re: Tales of Alidaire: Heart of the World
"Ugh..." Trinity mumbled as Tenkai went to drink the potion. She let Kazega take hold of her and shield her eyes. How did the woman even talk? Must've been the poor stitching. Did she eat or drink? Wouldn't it be difficult? Didn't it hurt? She obviously wasn't very sensitive about it, but Trinity still wasn't too keen on asking. Instead, she was just glad Ryas stopped her in time. Kazega released her as soon as Ryas was shrunk and she took the potion. "I'll go next," Trinity said and hesitantly put the vial to her lips before taking a sip. She set the potion down on the table and clutched herself as she felt herself begin to change. The room was getting larger and larger....or rather, she was getting smaller and smaller. When she opened her eyes, she was the same size as Ryas and the other girl.
Kazega didn't show as much hesitance as Trinity and quickly drank what liquid she needed and waited patiently as her body began to shrink to its new size. "That wasn't too bad. It really is like a different world down here," she commented, looking at the door that had been really small, but was now perfect for entering.

"Oh dear..."
Clara's eyes widened slightly as the Assassin took off her mask, revealing the stitched up mouth. If her poor condition could have been remedied any other way that quickly, she would have chosen that instead. Looking away from the Assassin, she looked over to Chris, who just nodded slightly. How was she not repulsed by this?
"I'll take it next."
The Assassin's rather unusual mouth situation hadn't bothered the Telekinetic any. Reminded her of an old woman she had run into during her travels, a crazy one she had been. What plagued the Assassin looked like that woman's handiwork, though she doubted it was. Taking the potion from the table, she quickly took her sip and set it down before she began to shrink.
Clara turned her head back around to the potion vial after Chris had taken her taste of it. She was the last one besides Tenkai, better get it over with so the woman's mask could go back on. Reaching for the vial with a shaking hand, she quickly took a small gulp and placed the potion vial down with a gag. She hated the taste of potions, no matter what they did.
When she finally was the size of the rest of the party, she joined them as Chris had. All that was left was Tenkai and after that they could figure everything out. That and they'd be able to look at the Assassin again, though the image would forever be burned into their minds.

"Now, if I may," Tenkai looked pointedly at Ryas as she said this. "Is it now my turn to drink?" Ryas made a noise of disgust as she watched the woman talk. Not only was it disgusting but it was clear the assassin was enjoying the disgust it caused. Though, Tenkai was rather disappointed at the reactions she received from Kazega and Chris.
"Yeah, go ahead," the Witch grumbled, waving a hand in a 'get on with it' motion. She then continued under her breath, "I feel for the next person who drinks from that bottle." Tenkai smirked, the action stretching the stitches and making the open sores more apparent, before taking hold of the bottle and taking a sip.
The moment black lips touched clear bottle, the bottle cracked and its outer layer became as black as night. As if ignorant to the damage her action had caused, Tenkai placed the bottle down and began to shrink. It was a strange sensation, much like going down an elevator. Once the same size as the rest, though still a bit taller than the rest, the assassin flicked her hair over her shoulder and grinned.
"Shall we move on then?" she inquired, the grin nearly splitting her stitches. At this point, Ryas had enough. She really didn't need to see all that pus and blood.
"Okay, seriously, put it back on before I make you," the Witch warned, glaring darkly at the woman. Tenkai sighed, causing some of that blood and pus to drip down her cheek before reaching up and pulling her mask back over her mouth and nose. Ryas released a breath of relief. "I swear, no one's going to want to fight after seeing that." She paused and then added as an afterthought, "Bitch."
"I live to serve," Tenkai purred mockingly. She then shrugged. "Besides, it's best to you show all now then later. Who knows when I might lose this." She indicated the black fabric covering half her face, eye glinting with a dark excitement. "I look forward to it."
Ryas just gagged.

Re: Tales of Alidaire: Heart of the World
"Ah, yes. It appears as though we can leave through the door now, but," the girl's voice trailed off as she raised a hand to point at something. "I am terribly sure that they will not let us pass so easily, am I right?" There wasn't much of a worried look on the girl's face. She did have enough sense to back away from the danger. It was a massive swarm of Heartless. There was a really large one with a fat belly, floating ones that were red in hue, blasting off fireballs here and there. There were also the little frog-like ones that seemed to be everywhere. They were in formation between the table and the door, intent to fight so that the group wouldn't make it any farther.
"Um, girl! Stay back! We'll handle this," Trinity said, stepping forward boldly while summoning her keyblades in twin flashes of light. She saw Kazega take up a battle stance beside her, fans at the ready. So the Heartless were on this world too. Her mind was so ready and focused on the battle...
"It's Alice, by the way. Alice Kingsley. I do appreciate you protecting me," the girl called out to Trinity from a safe distance.
Trinity turned and nodded to the girl uneasily before getting ready for battle once more. The Heartless were growing impatient and prepared to launch their assault.

Re: Tales of Alidaire: Heart of the World
"Aw crap," Ryas deadpanned and sighed, placing a hand on her hip. She then backed up until she was right next to Alice, not wanting to get in the line of fire. Her clay doll immediately came to life, floating up and taking a seat on her shoulder. Ryas raised an eyebrow and poked it. "Huh. Hasn't done that in a while."
[Ryas] starts at [B-7].
Unlike Ryas, Tenkai dashed to the front, closest to the action. Her claws ready and gleaming, she was all set to tear some holes. Quickly giving the field a once over, she found her targets. The floating red ones would have to go, they were quite an eyesore. The fat one seemed quite durable. The little ones, Tenkai didn't worry too much about them.
[Tenkai] starts at [B-4].
"Oh, right, names," Ryas remembered, turning to the girl named Alice. "It'll be a pain in the ass if you try to address us without know our names. Anyway, I'm Ryas Noa. Ryas is fine." She then began to point out the other members in the group. "The girl with the key thing is Trinity Heart. Girl with the fans, Kazega Fukimasu I believe. Psychotic barbarian woman with the creepy mouth, Tenkai. Piano lady, Clara something or another and the last one we call Chris. I think that's about it."
"Ryas, get over here," Tenkai called, having turned back to see where the Witch was. "You'll never hit anything all the way over there." Ryas twitched and shook a fist at her.
"Oh be quiet you!" she snapped, not in the mood to be ordered around. She rather liked her place, damn it.

Re: Tales of Alidaire: Heart of the World
Chris starts at A5!
"I wonder if they're back home as well..."
Chris focused in on the creatures that seemed to be keen on blocking the exit. They were probably everywhere if they were here also, back home in her world was no exception. She grimaced at the thought, she didn't believe there was a keyblade wielder there to combat these things... though she could have been wrong. Biting her lip for but a second she shook her head, now was not the time to worry about home.
"Ryas, I would advise going for the fat one."
Clara starts at A7!
Clara too backed up with Ryas, not liking the looks of the amount of heartless. Of course, she should have known they would be here too, but there were so many of them. And from what she could tell by the little pyromaniacs, they likely casted magic. If that was the case, their resistance to it would also be very high. Sitting at her organ, which materialized as she made it to her destination, she figured the party would just have to make due.

Chris moves to C5!
Watching as her allies prepared themselves for the upcoming battle, Chris couldn't help but find herself rather useless in preparation. She had nothing that could really boost herself up, so she'd just have to go out on the offensive. Making her way over to the nearest Heartless, she focused in on it. In seconds a veil of energy appeared around it, manifested by an unseen force. But what happened next was strange, the energy began to dissipate. If her ability worked it would be gone.
Chris casts Power of the Mind: Magical Deterioration on Hurry! 75% chance of Deshell!
"Go for it Ryas."
But before she could get a response, Clara's voice rang out rather loudly.
"No wait!"
Clara's hands quickly dragged from the bottom of of the keys to the top, suddenly forming a physical barrier of light around the party. Even Alice found herself covered in the substance, a hard shell forming around them. It faded shortly after, but the effects were quite visible. Clara's hands settled back in their original positioning.
"Now go, you're safer now."
Clara casts Gliss of Protection on the Ally Party and Alice! Bestows Protect!

Re: Tales of Alidaire: Heart of the World
Ryas didn't know whether to punch the girl or give her a good kick in the shin. "If you haven't noticed," she began, irritated. "That thing's too fucking far for me to reach. I go in there, I'm screwed. If you haven't noticed, nine times out of ten, I get pulverized the moment I put one foot forward." She didn't care if the girl was just giving advice, she wasn't retarded. But it wasn't like she wasn't going to move at all.
[Ryas] moves to [B-7].
Hearing Chris' words, Ryas twitched. Holy shit, was she about to bust some ass. Ryas restrained from telling the girl to stop telling her what the fuck to do but then she remembered they were in a battle and fighting amongst allies in a battle was a big no-no. But if this bitch kept going, Ryas was going to fuck her up. They weren't friends. She breathed.
With her eyes on one of the small ones, she pointed at it and allowed for her mana to swirl over its head. The mana soon formed a small ball of water, which fell from the sky to splash down on the small Heartless. It didn't deal much damage but that really wasn't the point. Watching the thing get hit, Ryas smacked her forehead. Okay, that was just pathetic.
"Crap shit."
[Ryas] casts Water on [Hurry]. 11 Water INT DMG. Chance of Wet.
MP: 60/65 Times Used: 9/10
"I shall leave this one to you two," Tenkai indicated the flying Heartless in front of her before disappearing and reappearing in the corner, her eye trained on another red one near the fat Heartless. Something gleamed in her hands and she smirked. "I'll make do with this one here."
[Tenkai] moves to [A-1].
Focusing on the small thing, Tenkai whipped out her hands and allowed the strings to latch onto the poor thing, entangling it. The Heartless flailed in vain and with the creature caught in her grasp, Tenkai pulled. The strings tugged on the Heartless, causing the small thing to lurch forward, toward its doom. Claws flashing, the assassin disappeared and dealt a series of blows to the Heartless, flashing light the only indication of her speedy movements.
[Tenkai] uses Wire Constriction on [Flare]. 28 ATK DMG. 8 hits. Sure Hit.
MP: 29/45
"Thanks for the buff-up, Clara," Ryas said, sending the pianist a curt wave. The doll on her shoulder mimicked her movement. She rather liked the woman. She was useful and didn't annoy her like the damn psychic was at the moment. Now she might just survive this battle.
