Whipping out her rapier, Rosetta quickly took her place at the front of the group, planting her feet firming on the ground. She knew this wasn't going to be easy but she still hoped to get this over with quick. The dried blood that covered her was starting to irritate her.

They would need to be cautious. They still didn't know what the two were capable of, after all. Though, Rosetta had an idea of what the female could do. No doubt the gay scientist's attacks would be unpleasant.

Sweeping her hand over her blade, she waited, allowing the scientist to make the first move.

Though previously hyped up, it seemed the others were a little reluctant to move forward now. Then again, it was wise to wait and see what the enemy could do, but what if just one opportunity was all it took? He seriously doubted that; he and his friends were much stronger than they used to be. They wouldn't go down without a fight.

Lily sighed, her eyes closed. The mana within her body began to surge up towards her eyes, and when she opened the emeralds, it was as if they had acquired a homing structure. Lily's eyes swept across the room, focusing on the tanks, the girl behind them, and finally to the scientist.

Seeing that the scientist was ready for battle, Czeslaw, without hesitation, quickly unsheathed his kris, drew six symbols in the air with it, and lodged his kris within the ground. The same four, rotating, circular glyphs from earlier then arose once again and safeguarded the party.

Now was his only chance to save Valincar from the organist's wrath, so he seized the opportunity and knocked his kris out of the ground with his foot and into his hand's grip. He then faced Valincar and drew two symbols that could be seen only by thin clouds of azure smoke, which quickly disappeared once the inscription was complete. A small, rotating, white glyph then arose beneath Valincar and shielded him with a second coating of magical protection.

Albere yawned. "Really? That was all you had?" He laughed at the party mockingly. "How about some protection for me, dear Aronia, while I create something to help us just in case," he said with a smile as he began mixing chemicals in different vials together without much caution. There was a short explosion and a cloud of smoke, but as it cleared, a smiling Albere was holding what appeared to be a potion.

Aronia switched back to her old tune. Only mere seconds passed before a teal force field appeared around the scientist. She rather liked the tune she was playing, so she kept it up. "You are all set, Dr. Albere," she stated flatly.

Seeing as how the other man refused to move until they reached him, Rosetta let out a sigh. She hated these types. Seeing as she had no other choice, the Element Striker sprinted forward, decreasing the distance between them.

"Show me what you've got," she said simply, waiting. Czeslaw's Safeguard would minimize most of the damage she would gain if the flamboyant man attacked.

Deciding to follow Rosetta to an imminent encounter with Albere, Shadow cautiously approached behind her, to later branch his way and attack the Soul Sientist directly. He glanced at Aronia, the imposing Symbol du Divin chanting the omnious notes that resounded through the whole room they were in.

Lily pointed her bow at the scientist with a grin. "So, I heard you like fireworks. Care for a demonstration?" She asked rhetorically. The arrow she knocked to her bow began to glow a bright red color, and fire seemed to spark from the arrowhead. Lily soon released the arrow, which streaked through the air like a rocket towards the scientist. As soon as the arrow came in contact with the cloth the scientist was wearing, it exploded in a flash of fire. The fire would have an adverse effect on the scientist's clothing, hopefully melting it away.

Lily uses Flame Burst on Albere! 15 ATK Fire DMG. Chance of Armor Break.

Sonia didn't have to get any closer than where she was now. She slowly raised her staff and chanting softly. As she lowered her staff, a dragon's roar was heard. Just as Valefor had appeared, so did Bahamut, except he came with others. Dragons of all forms who clawed and breathed at both the scientist and organist. Bahamut then screeched, a burst of energy heading for his foes.

As he disappeared, Valefor screeched, flying into the air. As he raised higher and higher, he built up energy. With Sonia's command he let loose a beam of energy. It hit the Scientist, even through his sheild.

Valefor uses Energy beam on Albere!

The soul scientist laughed maniacally as the attacks were merely snuffed out by his force field. "Oh, Aronia, what a truly magnificent song you play!" he exclaimed crazily and was about to dash forward only to find himself unable to move. He grimaced. "Oh. So that was your game the whole time." He chuckled slightly. "But you think that can stop me?!" He held up his mechanical arm and aimed it at Rosetta. A hole opened up in the palm of it and with a jerking motion, Albere fired a missile right at the fencer causing a small explosion upon impact.

Albere uses Disparage on Rosetta! 29 Dmg! (ATK)

Aronia merely bobbed her head slightly as her music suddenly began to speed up until the tune became changed completely into something even more eerie than before. Lily flinched from the force of the attack that the Organist has used on her. She grunted and glared at the tanks blocking the way. She attempted to find out where Zero was hidden, she knew the woman was around the other side of the room, but she was cloaked for now. Lily sighed, then raised her bow into the air and pointed it at one of the tanks. "There's not much else I can do." Lily said, almost in despair. "So let's get this over with! Arrowhead Striker, fly!" Lily shouted, releasing her arrow without charging it up first. But that didn't matter, for it suddenly burst forth with electricity and streaked towards the tank, utterly destroying it.

Lily uses her D-Ability on Tank (D-4)! 28 Piercing Lightning DMG!

"The organist is vulnerable! Kill her!" Lily shouted to the others on the other side of the room.

Zero continued to run toward the organist and saw that Lily offered an opening, she turned her attention to the scientist for a moment long enough to execute an attack, sending a wind cutter in the shape of a dagger blade toward the scientist.

For those few seconds the room froze and then thawed, Ice clinging at their foes' bodies.

Valefor uses Energy Beam on Aronia!

Valefor rose into the air once more, but this time with a different target. A beam of energy shot straight for the Organist. Through the forcefield, it burst, weakened but still there. It wouldn't do much, but would be worth it in the long run.

Burns appeared on her skin as she took the hit, the shield Czeslaw had created taking some of the damage. Even more rips appeared on her clothing and blood dripped onto the floor. She didn't even flinch as lasers were fired at her, tearing into her body. She was used to the pain already.

"I won't last long," Rosetta stated, voice bland. The attack had even hit her mana reserve. She narrowed her eyes. "The least I can do is this, I suppose." Without warning, she dashed forward, cool air flowing from her rapier.

[Rosetta] moves to [G-5].

Taking on a stance, Rosetta struck with vicious accuracy, ice forming wherever she hit. If she was lucky, he would be frozen in a block of ice.

[Rosetta] uses Freezing Breeze on [Albere]. 14 Piercing ATK DMG. 2 hits. Chance of Freeze.

Valincar was absolutely devastated by the lasers and it was only things to Czeslaw's protection. He panted even after the glyph had healed him, but it would be pointless to just hover there and die. So, he sought to get closer to his enemy. That was all he could do. Soon, he would be out of action.
