Or when you're playing Draft Pick and call top or mid, but the first two slots on your team autolock and get counterpicked, and then proceed to feed and blame the rest of the team.

@Vergil: ...also don't forget about the other end of the spectrum with the people who get up in your ass about the meta and considers the 1-1-2-Jungler setup as the only one that will work and you automatically lose if you don't follow that exact meta. Don't forget that. Also don't forget the people who can't stand sending an unconventional champion to a position (support Annie, jungle TF, AP Taric, etc. By the way these all have proven to work on several occasions).

@Xeno: Eh, I'm fine with those people. Maybe it's because I've developed an immunity to them since I played LoL back when Co-op wasn't even available. Back then if you wanted a good way of trying out a champion you basically had to go PvP. I still think you should practice in bot games to learn the overall feel of the champion, but there's only so much playing bot games can teach you. To be honest they're only good for learning a champion's skill and item builds as well as a general strategy. Map awareness, ganking strategy, playing mind games with your opponent, laning tactics, and a ton of other stuff are things you'll only learn by playing PvP .-.

@Vergil (again): Yeah. There's no way to stop that, because apparently in the Summoner's Code it says picking order before calls. So if first and second pick want to be idiots and pick whatever counterable role they want, there's no way to stop them since you can't report them for a valid reason besides unskilled and "unskilled player" reports do practically nothing.

I'm pretty sure "refusing to communicate with team" is a legitimate reason especially if they don't talk or collaborate with the rest of the group at all.

Well that's not a problem with them locking in and getting counterpicked. That's just them being assholes. If the guy picks and then loses his lane (being counterpicked actually honestly doesn't do as much as you think) due to being outplayed or just being overall terrible (for whatever reason since you have a hidden ELO for normal PvP games that determine who you're matched against and such, so first and second pick should theoretically have a higher skill level than the others on your team)

But the point is, you can't blame everyone who first picks a role someone already called (because they technically have a right to have whatever role they want according to Riot) just because some first picks you've come across happen to be assholes

If it's something like Blind Pick, it doesn't really matter and people can play mid Singed for all I care, and I'm sure it'd work on at least more than one occasion. Draft Pick however should at least be played under a different mentality, because it's practically ranked without you know, rankings; an entirely different ballpark. And yeah, you can't stop people from being deliberate assholes, but that doesn't mean you don't reserve the right to get annoyed with them regardless of what Almighty Riot says. Sure nothing might be achieved by doing so, but yeah, you still reserve that right just as they reserve the right to pick whatever they want. You could also raise the point that you could queue dodge if you're that upset with it, but considering the delay and the likelihood of it happening, you may as well just not play at all.

Solotop Nasus is just too OP, or our top just failed two games in a row. Or the same guy was a smurf and destroyed us. ;-;

39 IP is the best amount of IP to have, because it's like you have 6300, except you reverse the 3 and the 6, remove the 00, and replace the 6 with a 9.

So I managed to get my girlfriend to play LoL.

She already play WoW with me, but, unlike WoW, LoL won't make me wait for more than a year till she gets to my level and we can actually interact.

All that said, seeing her first game was priceless..

He's still pretty bad. His ability to close gaps is subpar to literally every other assassin in the game (see Talon, Akali, Pantheon, etc). His damage falls off immensely the instant the enemy starts to build armor, meaning that after his core burst with his ultimate is gone, he has practically zero kill potential (due to his mediocre sticking potential and damage output).

He's also super squish.

And people don't know how to play him, which basically amplifies everything I just said by like 20000000%.

So yeah, I cringe every time I get one on my team. :<
