Janie stared at the demon for a while, thinking of why Hades would send someone after her. Hades shouldn’t even know about the creature in her mind, let alone care about her. Nevertheless, Janie took a few steps forward and took a deep breath. She let one stream of mist surround her and fly toward Naomi, passing through Naomi’s body and devouring bits of her blood and life energy.
“Miss Naomi, would you answer a few questions of mine?” Janie asked after the mist had dispersed into the air.

When Elliot took a picture of the gravestone, there seemed to be something pulling his curiosity toward the worn stone object. The gravestone was almost completely covered with dirt and moss and there was nothing special. But upon closer inspection the death scientist saw that the gravestone had the name “Elliot Halstein” carved on it in small neat letters.

Naomi held up her arm to protect herself from the onslaught of the invisible puppets. She lowered her arm, hardly scratched at all. However, the damage seemed to take its toll on her, despite having barely a scratch. Demons must take a different kind of damage than humans. "Whatever you have to ask, I will answer to the best of my abilities." Naomi held up her sword and slashed at Janie, black clouds shooting out of the sword and forbidding any way of seeing Naomi. The sound of carving flesh could be heard, and the darkness drifted away, revealing Naomi, her sword soaked with blood.

Ashe screamed, her face becoming red with rage. She ran at the demon, her blade changing Mana by the second. She came to a stop a foot away and slashed at the demon. She slashed over and over, the Mana somehow never changing. It had stayed Dark as she went to kill Naomi.

Janie moves to cell I-5

Janie, seeing that the others were all swarming Naomi like angry hornets decided to finish off the bloody, barely living remains of the demon. She dropped the coffin she carried and it instantly stood up straight, opening the lid and many chains extending out to attach themselves onto Janie as the child pulled Naomi into a sudden hug. Then the chains began to retract, dragging Janie and Naomi inside the coffin and the lid closing. As soon as the lid closed, a dozen swords formed out of the coffin and stabbed into it, only the sound of rending flesh could be heard at that moment. And not long after the lid opened again, with Naomi’s motionless body falling onto the ground and Janie stepping out, looking as if nothing had happened despite the huge blood stains on her.

Seeing the Demon defeated, Ashe sheathed her blade. She was done for this battle, the others could handle the task. She looked around however like something was off.

She told herself, still looking around, wanting to believe nothing could happen.

Janie stared at the demon’s limp body for a moment before turning away, hoping that the demon was still alive after that onslaught. But setting that aside, Janie began to wonder again why Hades would even care about her. Janie had never told anyone her goal, and very few people know of the creature in slumber. After a few minutes Janie decided to set her questions aside for later, the group still had to complete those tasks. She walked toward the shed to get the scythe.

After taking the second picture, Elliot saw another name that he recognized. On the gravestone in the same style carving as the name on the gravestone before wrote: “Janie S. Fl-” But the rest of the name was smeared with blood.

Ashe took a deep breath, looking around with a sudden smile. Her personality changed back to her calm yet serious self. Her eyes focused on Janie. She tried to think about who gave her the job to protect the young girl. But she couldn't exactly remember details. She pushed the thought out of her head and relaxed.

Janie stepped into the shed and immediately picked up the scythe, holding it with both hands and leaning against a wall hoping that Elliot would hurry up and finish taking the gravestone pictures. She was becoming slightly impatient, especially after this unexpected run-in with a demon.
