As the girl was frozen, Armanthia's laugh began again, almost becoming maniacal. And suddenly she stopped, her strings darting forward. They became sharper than pin pricks, cutting through small areas of ice. They stuck into the girl's skin, the ice mixing with her blood and the strings. And suddenly they were yanked from the mage's arms. Pinpricks of blood leaking from the tiny wounds.

This was turning into a massacre. Between the old man and the ghost lady, the entire enemy party were reduced to sitting ducks. Kai moved past the frozen one to get to the sleeper behind her. He increased his power again and struck out.

Armanthia's smile grew from ear to ear as she looked at Altima. Her pink eyes sparkled slightly before she began to move her hands. The strings repeated their previous actions, stabbing into the black mage. As they returned to Armanthia's side, she spoke to Altima again.

"Now don't worry your pretty little head about me. Just go and send them to the void so we can have a party!"

The last of the ladies fell. The ice that encased them shattered and scattered across the ground. Kai smiled down on them. "See, you shouldn't have pick a fight with us. This would have been avoided it you hadn't."

One of the ladies, the youngest one, coughed and pushed herself into a sitting position. She glared at them in turn before speaking. "You think you've won?" she stopped to cough. "Just ait till our boss get's here! She wipe the floor with you." As if that was a cue, the bushes rustled again and a new lady entered the clearing. Two guns were held ready in her hand and a slightly bored expression on her face. Kai backed away from her.

"What's all this now?" she asked. "A come to see what's taking you girls so long and I find that a bunch of brats and a old geezer beat you up?" She grabbed the girl by her hair and pulled her to her feet. "Explain Rika."

"Sorry, Sakurako," Rika responded. "We underestimated them." Sakurako pushed her aside with disgust.

"Excuses!" her guns blazed and bullets lodged into the ground at Rika's feet. "Ok. Who are you people?"

"First of all, mind explaining why did your subordinates attacked us for absolutely no reason?" Vector asked, taking a step forward with his double-edged blade at hand, the laser edges blinking from the lack of energy Vector's weapon had.

"You are a strange one," Sakurako said to Altima. "But since you refuse to tell me who you are, I'll just have to kill you." She twirled her guns idly. "But since I wouldn't want you to arrive in hell not knowing your killer," she pulled an ID card from her pocket. It was trimmed in silver and had her picture and some writing on it.

"I am Sakurako Hilmet, the leader of the Jabba Raider's guild. This useless one here is Rika hilmet, my sister and co-leader. Speaking of which," she pulled out another card, this one the size of a playing card with a full silver body. She tossed it at Rika and it glowed before flashing. She then dropped an armband by the girl.

"You've been promoted to a tombraider. Get rid of that ugly glove and put on that armband so you can help me discipline these fools."
