Ashe remained silent, knowing her usefulness in this battle would also be limited. Her gaze drifted to the ground, knowing she was starting to become a burden. Despite this, she raised her blade to an offensive position, Flame bursting from the blade. She looked up from the ground and glared at her foes.

"Oh my!" Serenity exclaimed, a hand pressed to her mouth in what seemed to be surprise. Yet, behind her hand she was smiling as if nothing was wrong. "What a strange creature you are. I don't think I've ever seen something so big. You must have a lot of trouble bending down. Must be quite an inconvenience."

She laughed, both hands grasping her staff lightly. "I don't believe we'll be able to make it through this one. They seem quite strong."

Elliot, now happily singing and dancing as he flailed his scythe left and right, was unaware of the newly appearing foes. Continuing to mind his own business, Elliot began to sing louder, yet this time, the tone was extremely ear-shattering and nearly inaudible.

Anastasia moves to H1.

I'll save you from the pumpkins, treasure chest, Anastasia thought as she rushed forward, taking out a chest key in the process. She skidded to a stop and thrust the key dramatically into the keyhole, turned it, and listened for the clicking sound that instantaneously broke the silence. Slowly, Anastasia opened the chest.

Anastasia uses Chest Key on Chest (G1)!

Ashe moved in front of Janie, wanting nothing more than to act as a Human sheild. She didn't deserve to die, and for some reason they didn't want her dead. She turned back to the young girl nd gave her a look of grave importance.

Ling ran toward the group and stopped next to Ashe, drawing his two daggers and placing them on Ashe’s wrists.
“You can’t protect Janie anymore...so just take a nap…forever…” Ling murmured.
Immediately after saying that, Ling cut open Ashe’s wrists and watched the dark red liquid flow out. The bleeding stopped moments later but Ashe had lost consciousness due to lack of blood.

Ling uses Eternal Rest on Ashe.

"Oh deary me!" Elliot cringed, staring at Ashe's disturbingly bloody and deep wound, "You should patch that up A.S.A.P., girlie!" He shouted as he fiddled with the tip of his scythe; accidentally cutting his thumb. The scientist put his thumb up to his lips and began to suck, "Or you could just sit here and die so I could examine your ABSOLUTELY pulchritudinous soon-to-be-corpse later!" Elliot mumbled behind his thumb.

Naomi raised her blade silently. The fool of a man had placed himself directly in front of her. Now she would have her bloody vengeance. Ignoring the death scientist, Naomi slashed forward with her blade, cutting through the man's armor. With another swing, she cut deeper, penetrating the skin.

Naomi's eyelids fluttered slightly. She smiled to herself, glad that her goal had been accomplished. With another flutter, her eyelids lifted, revealing her blood-red eyes. Although, no one could see her anyway.

Naomi uses Leviathan on Ling! 23 Piercing INT DMG!

Anastasia moves to I1.

Anastasia almost cheered out loud for her victory of rescuing the treasure, but then the pumpkins would most certainly hear her, so she stifled herself and got away from them. She took a deep breath. If she could punish the ones who were growing the pumpkins, then there would be nothing standing in her way. She noticed one of the villains nearby. "You there! Pumpkin guy!" she exclaimed boldly and pointed at Ling. "You must suffer for your crimes! For growing pumpkins, prepare to be sent to Hell!" Anastasia glared at him challengingly. Then, she addressed her teammates. "Nobody do anything else to this guy, please; he's mine." She raised her sword hilt and prepared herself. It would be a true test of her abilities.

Anastasia waits.

"We've just begun and already, someone has injured themselves," Serenity let out a soft sigh, placing a hand to her cheek. She had something akin to disappointment on her face. It soon disappeared, however, as she turned thoughtful. "I suppose I shall go walk her up."

The Acolyte hummed softly to herself as she began to weave her spell, directing it at the sleeping female.

Janie looked back hearing Anastasia shout at Ling, challenging him. She ran toward the girl for time was short before Ling would kill her. Ling was merciless, and Janie almost laughed at Anastasia when she told Ling to be prepared to be sent to Hell. Janie knew almost exactly what Ling would say, but nevertheless Anastasia was not strong enough to take down Ling by herself, and she may never be.
“Anastasia! Don’t fight him! You’ll get killed!” Janie shouted.

When Ling found himself to be unable to see, he closed his eyes and for a brief moment, a third eye could be barely seen on Ling’s forehead. It was closed at first but as it slowly opened, it began to fade and when the eye completely faded Ling opened his eyes and laughed looking at Anastasia.
“Go to Hell? You make me laugh...you can’t possibly think that you possess enough strength to beat me...but I suppose I can play with you a bit...” Ling said to Anastasia, “Now entertain me...”

"Then let us dance!" she exclaimed. She knew her death was inevitable, as Janie had said, but she would not die defenseless. She would make her death epic, and she actually hoped to impress such a powerful warrior such as Ling. An aura began forming on her sword hilt, one that was blood red. "You don't deserve the blood that flows through your veins; let me rid you of it!" The aura quickly formed the shape of a blade and with a single swing, she cut across Ling's chest, hoping that the aura would rend the very blood from his body.

Anastasia uses Bloodshed Blade on Ling! 14 Dmg with a chance of Blood Loss! (INT)

"Oh ho ho, dear little Serenity!" Elliot cheered and jumped up and down, filled with rapture, "You go help Annie kill that ugly bastard! You go, girlie!" His face was flowing with happiness at the sight of all of this violence, yet suddenly, it seemed as if the happiness had just flown away; he frowned, "This isn't amusing anymore." He grumbled as he slammed his scythe into a nearby pumpkin.

Anastasia swiftly dodged Ling's attack and countered with one of her own. "Bonds of time, I command you to be severed! The continuum shall exist no longer!" A strange, midnight blue aura appeared around her sword hilt and formed into a blade. She swung again creating a cut parallel to the one she had just given him.

Anastasia uses Discontinuity Blade on Ling! 14 Dmg with a chance of Stop! (INT)

She dipped her head slightly. "I need no support, Serenity; my death has been sealed, though I appreciate your kindness," she spoke solemnly, though with a smile on her face.

"Oh, don't say it like that," Serenity hummed, smiling at the female. "You make it sound like it's the end of the world or something." The Acolyte laughed, as if it were something truly amusing. "But if that is what you wish, I will honor it."

Serenity then turned to Elliot, who had stabbed a nearby pumpkin. "You shouldn't abuse the pumpkins, dear Elliot. They don't bleed like humans do." She smiled warmly before looking over at Ling. "It is a shame dear Anastasia wishes for a one-on-one with Ling. However, it is quite exciting, don't you agree?"
