Unforgivable Sin: The Seven Sinners

After cleaning her metallic dagger, brown rust covering the edges, and casting Res on her battle wounds accordingly, Hikari quietly approached the newcomer... Kathyrine, that was her name, as she overheard the proper introductions her partners made to her. Though the Quick Blade's entrance in the battle was unexpected, she indeed helped everyone out.
"Hello, I'm Hikari Glow..." she started, catching Kathyrine's attention. "...nice to meet you, and thank you for helping us."
With that, she softly closed her eyes, channelizing Holy Mana to her arms, a white ball of light being immediately formed between the small opening between the delicate position of her hands. A couple of seconds later, the shining ball literally exploded without any sound being made, a soft glow covering her teammate's wounds, including the new arrival.
"I think we're ready to go now." Hikari stated, pointing towards the initial point where they were heading to.

After cautiously watching the newcomer and her actions with the others, Wakuwo came to the conclusion that she wasn't a threat and trotted right up to the woman, sniffing her clothing, then glancing at her face and bloody blade. The young forest-dweller seemed to tilt her head from side to side, as if she was coming to an important decision. Finally, she opened her mouth to speak.
"Scent... Blood... Beast?" she stated, looking up at the woman's face. The scent of that beast's blood... Wakuwo could smell it on her. "Cut, Beast. Scent of blood, yes? Cut, did you? Help Wakuwo, Ka-Kath-yrine?" the girl asked in her broken up way of speaking, struggling to pronounce what Wakuwo assumed her name was. She still wasn't very adapt to speaking normally, but when she was spoken to, she could understand just fine. People had such strange names!

As the group was getting to know the newcomer, a disturbing sound came, and it was followed by three disgusting-looking creatures flowed out of the cover of the trees. There was a red one, a crystal-clear one, and a yellow one, all of them made a disgusting sucking sound, signaling that they were not just passing by and that there would be a fight.

Hikari, seeing the new thread, quickly drew her dagger and positioned herself next to Kathyrine, seeing as Diana and Jacob would probably stay behind for defensive purposes. She might as well cover them while Diana either captures one of the colorfull masses of colloid material, or Summons one of the savage wolfs they fought before in her aid; while Jacob stays behind and shoots his precise arrows for a safe distance. Either way, Hikari recogned this will prove to be quite a hassle, considering the widespread position of the trees, as well as their enemies...

Calmly, Jacob drew and arrow from his quiver and readied his bow. The three puddles didn't look like something arrows would do much to, but there was nothing he could do about that.

What strange creatures! They almost looked like honey! Well, living, moving honey that was in strange colors and trying to kill you... Aside from that, it was still edible-looking to Wakuwo. Wonder what would happen if she just took one little lick...
